The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Yeti displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Silva throws out the jab. Nice shot by The Yeti.
It looks like Paulo Cesar Silva has been cut. The Yeti shoots in for a double leg but Silva sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Silva feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. The Yeti keeping moving, preventing Silva from controlling successfully. Silva looking to pass the guard. Silva missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Silva is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
It looks like Kriztov The Yeti has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Silva got a little sloppy there for a moment and The Yeti has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Silva has managed to get both his arms back between The Yeti's legs - danger averted. Silva avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dantes fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Vlasov looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Dantes dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Vlasov shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dantes defends it nicely. Dantes scores with a nice right hand.
Vlasov throws a hook but Dantes blocks it. Vlasov shoots for a double leg takedown but Dantes sprawls well. He's pushed Vlasov's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Vlasov misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Dantes.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Vlasov looks gassed! Dantes moves nicely into side control. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dantes looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Dantes has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Dantes controls the position. Dantes has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Vlasov is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Dantes yanks on the arm and Vlasov is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Dantes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jung connects with a body shot that sends Rua's belly button to the back. Rua takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Rua throws a right and a left that both miss. Jung keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Rua gets a takedown into half guard. Jung trying to hold on to Rua's head to control him but Rua postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jung actively working from the bottom here. Rua tries to stand and escape but Jung is controlling the position. Jung wants to control but Rua is keeping busy and won't allow it. Rua is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Rua decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Jung lands a jab. Jung misses with a jab, cross combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jung uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Rua has time to react.
It looks like Scorpien Rua has been cut. Rua decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rua is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Chan Sung Jung has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Scorpien Rua. Jung cracks Rua with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chan Sung Jung dominated that round. The cut man is working on Scorpien Rua's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Rua is defended easily by Jung. Rua takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jung lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Jung. Rua is still on wobbly legs! Can Jung finish him? Jung drops Rua with a naaaaasty hook - Rua is in real trouble here! Jung dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Starburst has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Starburst and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Starburst just misses with a punch to the body.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Napolitano uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Starburst has time to react. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Starburst throws a body punch but Napolitano moves out of range. Nice jab there from Starburst. Starburst throws a chopping leg kick but Napolitano manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Starburst stuns Napolitano with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
And that's the end of the fight! Zeddicus Starburst comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Starburst has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Johnson loads up on a big right hand but Brookins slips the punch. Johnson tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Brookins lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Johnson at a distance.

Johnson throws a hook but Brookins blocks it. Johnson moves to clinch but Brookins breaks away and Brookins counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Johnson thinking. A momentary lapse in concentration from Johnson enables Brookins to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Johnson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Brookins is in close to Johnson's body, working some short punches and elbows. Johnson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kavelin walks away with a smile on his face. Strangle gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Andrej Kavelin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Geoff Strangle. Kavelin is looking to take this fight into the clinch. This one could be all over! But no, Kavelin has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King fails with an attempt to clinch.
King will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. King closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Shibasaki to the mat! Shibasaki manages to get full guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Shibasaki looking to hit a scissor sweep but King is one step ahead there. King trying to control the position from guard on top but Shibasaki is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Shibasaki trying to control the position here.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Ryan King wasn't doing enough on the ground. King misses with the combination.
Shibasaki throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
King fails miserably with a takedown attempt. King shoots in for a double leg but Shibasaki sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan King. That's going to take a lot out of him. Shibasaki scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Shibasaki happy to just control the position for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Shibasaki trying to control the action but King is working from the bottom.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Shibasaki is looking to take a break and control but King is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. King is trying to get back to half guard. Shibasaki scores with punches from side control. King can't do much from the bottom here. King really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. King is looking to reverse the position. King regains half guard. King trying to control but Shibasaki postures up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Shibasaki lands an overhand right. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. King looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Shibasaki is fending him off so far but King persists. Nope, Shibasaki circles away and we're back to standing. King looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Ryan King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Shibasaki takes the fight into the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Makoto Shibasaki dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Shibasaki shoots in and bounces King off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. King has his feet on Shibasaki's thighs here. He's pushed Shibasaki off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Shibasaki screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Dredd comes into the arena with I Am The Law! blaring out of the sound system. Murosaki has chosen Lady Marmalade as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Murosaki throws a jab but it's blocked by Dredd. Dredd looks to land a combination. Murosaki sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Murosaki moves out of range of the strikes. Dredd misses with a hook to the body
and Murosaki counters with a nice body shot. Murosaki misses with a body shot.
Dredd thows a body shot but no joy. Dredd lands a jab to the nose. Judge Dredd seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dredd lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Murosaki scores with the left hand. Dredd knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Judge Dredd has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Murosaki misses with a looping left. Dredd misses with a wild body shot. Murosaki looks to score with a jab to the body but Dredd is just out of range. Murosaki has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Murosaki fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dredd manages to avoid it. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dredd, as that shot connected.
Murosaki looks to score with a jab to the body but Dredd is just out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. A jab from Murosaki misses. Dredd swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dredd scores with a sloppy right hand. Murosaki should have avoided that one. Murosaki smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Murosaki doesn't manage to clinch there - Dredd circles away.
Murosaki defending well as Dredd loads up on a big left hand. Murosaki throws a good cross that connects.
Murosaki walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Dredd drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Murosaki swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Dredd's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Koji Murosaki! A less than humble Koji Murosaki misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
