The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Graham might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Graham tries to free his leg and advance position but Lashley is retaining full guard.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Graham wants to free his trapped foot but Lashley is holding on for dear life with his legs.

and Gracie counters with a left and a right that stings Ball.

and Ball counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Gracie is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Dog throws a front kick that sends Zhelly stumbling back into the cage.
Dog thows a body kick. Zhelly tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Zhelly shoots in and drives through. Dog sprawls well.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dog lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Zhelly has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Zhelly and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Zhelly closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dog circles away.

Oh Zhelly is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dog lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Zhelly crumples to the floor! Dog milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
