Permitis looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blaylock wants to clinch up but Kosugi keeps it at a distance.
Kosugi throws a right hand that Blaylock ducks under and follows up with a left that Blaylock also avoids with ease.
Blaylock shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kosugi pinned against the cage. Kosugi gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Kosugi is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Blaylock lets go of the hold and Kosugi can pop his arm back in it's socket.
