1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Schwahn! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Joseph Jones and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wariacik shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Wariacik showed some decent athleticism there. Schwahn is defending against the submission attempts here by Wariacik.
Schwahn wants to improve his position but Wariacik is controlling well.
Schwahn is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Wariacik is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Schwahn has managed to free his arm - good work. Schwahn flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Wariacik is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Schwahn sees it coming and defends easily. Schwahn won't allow Wariacik to pass to mount. Wariacik is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Schwahn is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Wariacik locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Schwahn is forced to tap!

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jay King! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Dean Styles and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Box feints and as King raises his hands in defense, Box changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Box sitting in guard here, content to control. Box avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
King has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Box can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. King is looking for a triangle but Box pushes his legs off easily.
King should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Box stays in close to King's body and controls the position. Box has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! King has his foot on Box's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Box works his way back into a safe position though. Box sitting in guard here, content to control. King is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Box defends well.

Box controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Box postures up and lands a big shot to King's brow. Box controls from within his opponent's guard. Box's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Box stands and throws King's legs to the side, diving into side control. King tries to improve position but can't. Box moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Mr Box wasn't doing enough on the ground. King misses with a takedown attempt and Box counters with a nice double leg into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. King throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Box controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Box has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Box might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. King escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Box gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. King looks gassed! Box looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Mr Box. King gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Box counters with a nice uppercut.
That's four minutes gone in the round. King shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Box's guard. King being controlled here momentarily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mr Box dominated that round. That's time! Box's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

King can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Box controls the pace. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Box moves into full mount! King won't be happy about that! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Box controlling the pace for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Box prevents King from getting the reversal. Box tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. This has been an exciting period of action! King bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! King trying to control the position from guard on top but Box is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

We're going to have a standup here because Mr Box wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. King gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Box counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Mr Box has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jay King. King is breathing heavily. Box is taking a breather. King says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Box works his way into full mount! Box controlling from the full mount. King working to try and regain half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Box content just to control the position here. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. King really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Box controlling the position easily from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mr Box dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

That's one minute gone in the round. Box is trying is best to control the position here. Box tries to roll over but King keeps him under control. King looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Box feints and as King raises his hands in defense, Box changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Box stands up over King, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. King manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Box regains full guard. Nicely done. King looking to sit in guard and control but Box gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. King is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Box is aware though and is defending well. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Box gets to his feet - King follows without any prompting. King misses with a takedown and Box counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
And that's the end of the fight! Mr Box showed his dominance in that final round. Well Box has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bertrand fails in his attempt to clinch. Sailo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Sailo stays in close to Bertrand's body and controls the position. Sailo trying to control the position from guard on top but Bertrand is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bertrand is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sailo is controlling him. Sailo looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Omtea Sailo has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Bertrand tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sailo swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sailo stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sailo wants it to stay on the feet. Sailo moves into the clinch. Sailo is trying to trip Bertrand. He has hold of a leg but Bertrand is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Sailo persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Bertrand is working to avoid the ground and pound but Sailo connects with a decent elbow. This has been an exciting period of action! Bertrand on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Sailo stands up and we're back to a striking position. Bertrand tries to keep at a distance but Sailo has taken the fight into the clinch. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Sailo gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Bertrand regains guard.
Bertrand is working an open guard so Sailo takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Omtea Sailo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sailo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sailo lands with a good body shot. Sailo fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bertrand sprawls well initially but Sailo persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Sailo stops Bertrand from getting back to his feet.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Sailo in particular looking to stall. Sailo working over Bertrand with some ground and pound. Bertrand looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Sailo is nestled in close to Bertrand, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sailo is figuring out what he wants to do next. Sailo working over Bertrand with some ground and pound. Bertrand looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sailo stalling.
