The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Farha closes the distance and clinches up with Young, looking for a takedown. Farha pushes Young against the cage but Young circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Farha moves out of range of the strikes.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Young.

Young looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Farha is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Young is pressing down on Farha's thigh, looking to free his foot. Farha is holding on for now.

Young uses his free foot to push down on Farha's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Farha.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sammy Farha.

Crizanto goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Crizanto because Connell was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

Bustamante comes to the cage accompanied by Cryin' like a Bitch. Peter Walter struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 146.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Milat gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jones.
Jones bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Milat's head.

Jones fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Milat to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Milat looks to clinch but Jones throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Milat taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
