Matmat comes to the cage accompanied by pass tha axe. Bulldog comes into a darkened arena with his song building. British Bulldog kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matmat gets tackled into the cage by Bulldog. Bulldog maintains the clinch. Bulldog wants to get back to striking at distance but Matmat won't allow it.

Bulldog tries to land knees in the clinch but Matmat avoids the damage to the body. Matmat lands with a light punch inside. Matmat will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Bulldog up against the cage. Bulldog is looking to break free of the clinch but Matmat has double underhooks. Bulldog wants a takedown.
Matmat pushes Bulldog back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Bulldog tries to circle away but Matmat has him pinned against the cage. The referee calls for Matmat to work.
Matmat seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression. Bulldog takes an elbow to the temple. Matmat is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Matmat stops a takedown attempt from Bulldog.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Bulldog is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. The referee is keeping an eye on Matmat - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Bulldog wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Matmat has him pressed against the cage. Bulldog tries to circle away but Matmat has him pinned against the cage. Bulldog blocks a body shot from Matmat. The referee calls for Matmat to work.
Bulldog drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Matmat gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Mat Matmat has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Burbank Bulldog. Bulldog blocks an elbow strike. Matmat lands a body shot in the clinch.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A short uppercut from Matmat. Bulldog's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Matmat misses with an elbow strike.

Bulldog has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Matmat after a bit of a struggle. Matmat struggles to land a body shot inside as Bulldog controls his hands.

Bulldog is trying to break the clinch but Matmat has him pressed against the cage. Matmat lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Bulldog. A frustrated look appears on Bulldog's face as he tries to break the clinch. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Matmat creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Bulldog is trying to break the clinch but Matmat is controlling him. A short body shot lands from Matmat as the two fighters clinch.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Matmat scores with an uppercut up the middle. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bulldog escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Matmat lands with an uppercut that bounces Bulldog off the cage and back into range.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Matmat enables Bulldog to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Matmat manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Bulldog looks gassed! Bulldog wants to stand but Matmat has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Matmat has his foot on Bulldog's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bulldog works his way back into a safe position though.

Bulldog wants to control from the top but Matmat keeps moving. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Matmat looking to control.
Bulldog decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Mat Matmat dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Bulldog misses with a few strikes there.
Danga de danga de dang - Bulldog scores with a four punch combination! Matmat connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bulldog momentarily.

 Bulldog is rocked!
Matmat shoots in and bounces Bulldog off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Bulldog is still in real trouble! Can Matmat finish him? The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Matmat with a nice head shot there. Matmat is looking to work some ground and pound but Bulldog has wrist control. Bulldog seems to have recovered his senses.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Matmat seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Bulldog for as long as he can get away with. Bulldog can't keep his opponent in guard - Matmat advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Matmat perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
 The ref stands the fighters back up because Mat Matmat just wasn't active enough. Matmat connects with a leg kick. Bulldog looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Whack! Matmat lands a heavy head kick that drops Bulldog. The ref tackles Matmat to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Bulldog was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Mat Matmat!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Handly slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Handly gets caught flat footed, as Grey shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Grey wants to pass the guard but Handly is keeping the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Grey postures up.
Grey trying to control the position from guard on top but Handly is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Handly keeping full guard, as Grey tries to pass. Grey looking to sit in guard and control but Handly gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Handly in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Grey looking for a sweep. Not yet Grey, not yet. Handly keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Grey's head. Handly wants to control from the top but Grey keeps moving. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Handly throwing strikes but missing.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Grey is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Grey bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Handly's guard. Handly controls Grey momentarily but Grey frees himself. Handly lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Grey! Handly looking to finish with strikes here!
Handly looking to finish Grey with some ground and pound. This is bad for Grey! Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Handly throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Grey because Handly loaded up on that one.
Handly is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Grey has managed to escape the submission attempt.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Handly lands a big elbow. A nice elbow there by Handly. Handly wants to control the pace but Grey is squirming around nicely. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Handly lands a heavy elbow. Handly is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Grey can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Grey gets back to half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Handly connects with a nice short shot to Grey's temple. Handly working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Grey trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Handly manages to pass to mount!

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Grey is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Handly is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Handly raining down shots from the mount! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Handly cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Grey is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Handly punishing his opponent with strikes.
 Grey is rocked!
 It looks like Desmond Grey has been cut. Handly lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Oh Grey is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Handly looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Grey covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!

I think Takara might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Heartbeats. Kid has chosen lukenback texas as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kid keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kid dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Takara. That did some damage! Kid tries a head kick but it misses.

Takara catches Kid with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Captain Kid seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kid avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

The fight stays on the outside here - Takara looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Kid lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Takara darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Kid wants to clinch up but Takara keeps it at a distance. Kid scores with a spinning back kick! Kid throws a head kick but Takara moves out of range.

Takara checks a low kick from Kid. Kid jabbing away but nothing is landing. Kid tries to clinch up but Takara circles away and keeps his distance. A shot to the liver by Takara. Beautiful body shot. Takara throws a lazy right hand but Kid sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Kid misses with an uppercut

That was a close second round but I would say that Hoshiko Takara will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Takara lunges at Kid with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kid's hand. Kid throws a hook but Takara avoids it easily. Kid pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Takara takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kid misses with a body kick. Takara buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

and Takara counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. A swing and a miss from Kid. Kid lands a body shot.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kid lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Takara has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Takara and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

 That's one minute gone in the round. A head punch blocked on the inside by Kid. Kid is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Takara is keeping busy. Takara throws a head punch that misses. Kid is trying to break the clinch but Takara has him pressed against the cage. Takara tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Takara breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kid throws a lazy uppercut
and Takara counters with a straight right hand. A jab from Kid misses. Takara checks the leg kick nicely there.
Takara throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Takara throws a right and a left that Kid avoids nicely. Kid will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Kid jabs at Takara's body. Nice defenses there by Takara. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Takara stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Takara wants it to stay on the feet. Kid takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Kid takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Kid changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Takara tries to avoid it but Kid manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Takara to the ground. Takara escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Takara scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Hoshiko Takara is winning the standup battle so far. Raimonds Bergmanis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bergmanis takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Diaby dips down and scores with a jab to the body. RunningRabbit has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from RunningRabbit there as he acknowledges the shot. Diaby shoots in for a double leg but RunningRabbit sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Diaby throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent RunningRabbit stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Diaby pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
