The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bunga tries to clinch up and von Goldstein cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. von Goldstein clinches. Bunga is trying to break the clinch but von Goldstein has him pressed against the ropes. von Goldstein lands with a right to the head. von Goldstein gets through Bunga's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Bunga is trying to push von Goldstein away but von Goldstein has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere. von Goldstein throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Bunga manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. von Goldstein throws a series of punches but Bunga avoids them all with ease. von Goldstein shoots for a takedown but Bunga saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Mifune has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Mifune there as he acknowledges the shot. O Hare pushes Mifune up against the ropes in a clinch. Mifune takes a knee to the side of the body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! O Hare putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Mifune in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. O Hare leaning his opponent against the ropes. O Hare misses with a shot to the kidneys.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Eddie O Hare. O Hare shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than O Hare was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! O Hare trying to control but he's not successful this time. Mifune wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by O Hare.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. O Hare working away from the top, dropping strikes. Mifune is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
O Hare jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Mifune is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Mifune and O Hare has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

O Hare steps into range and cracks Mifune with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Mifune flops backwards and O Hare dives into his guard looking to finish!
Mifune is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! O Hare postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Mifune covers up, he's hurt! O Hare keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from O Hare and the ref steps in to end the fight! O Hare can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

That was a close round but I would say that Thomas Flight will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Thomas Flight's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Szczerek crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Flight - the referee stops the clock and Szczerek gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Flight. Szczerek manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Twelf Thermandin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Nice takedown defense from Thermandin. No joy for Nurmi on that attempt.

Good leg kick by Thermandin there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

And that's the end of the fight! Twelf Thermandin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Thermandin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Gray lands a jab to the nose. Flabbott takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Flabbott connects with a good right hand that stumbles Gray. Gray circles away out of range and recomposes himself. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Flabbott feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Gray escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Flabbott gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Flabbott wants to pass the guard but Gray is keeping the position. Flabbott postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Gray has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Flabbott can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Neely stuffs the takedown attempt from Hall. Hall gets slowly back to his feet. Neely swats away the attempt to clinch by Hall. Neely uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hall.
Neely ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Neely shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Hall is trying to stand back up but Neely is controlling him
Neely trying to control the action but Hall is working from the bottom. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Hall tries to kick Neely off but Neely keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Neely takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Neely is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Hall sees it coming and defends easily. Neely wants to pass to mount but Hall is defending the position. Ground and pound from Neely. Neely has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Neely not landing any meaningful shots this time. Neely drops an elbow to the side of Hall's head. Hall won't allow Neely to pass to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hall has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Neely. Oh but Hall has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Neely goes limp - he's gone! Hall jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!

22 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alex Bortman! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A clash of legs there as Bortman blocks the low kick. Hilton lands a really nice looking cross but Bortman seems unphased.
Hilton throws a leg kick but Bortman sees it coming and checks it nicely. Bortman's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Bortman duly obliges.
It looks like Morgan Hilton has been cut. Bortman looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Bortman backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Hilton's temple! It sends Hilton violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Bortman celebrates and the doctors try to help Hilton!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). Alex Bortman! After the fight, Alex Bortman was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
