Markku gets caught flat footed, as Messam shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Markku throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Markku is trying to keep Messam in close.
Messam is in close to Markku's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Markku looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Messam has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Markku to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Messam is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Markku pulls down on the head and he's put Messam to sleep! This one is all over!

Ivanski throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tyroon was covering up waiting for the punch and Ivanski finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Ivanski drops back, looking for a kneebar! Tyroon looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tyroon looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tyroon!

Tyroon wants to stand up but Ivanski is controlling the position.

Johnson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Scheckler tries to avoid it but Johnson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Scheckler to the ground. Scheckler escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Johnson shoots for a takedown but Scheckler saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ted Scheckler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rebel Johnson.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Johnson needs to keep his hands up - Scheckler had a free shot at his head there.

Johnson walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Johnson limp body while Scheckler jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Lao comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Konstantinov's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lao connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Konstantinov scrambles back to his feet.
Lao punishes Konstantinov's body with a nice straight punch.
Lao cracks Konstantinov with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

and Lao counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
The crowd cheers as Lao lands an impressive looking overhand right. Konstantinov doesn't seem phased though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
