Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ed Dalsworth! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mao Zedong! The judges for this bout are Josh West, Micheangelo Fripello and Paul Gruel.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zedong avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Dalsworth tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Zedong paws at him with a jab and circles away. Dalsworth throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Dalsworth misses with a wild body shot. Dalsworth rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Zedong moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Dalsworth looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Dalsworth throws a series of punches but Zedong avoids them all with ease. Dalsworth tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Zedong paws at him with a jab and circles away. Ed Dalsworth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dalsworth staying out of range there. Dalsworth scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Dalsworth displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Zedong. This has been an exciting period of action! Dalsworth misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Zedong moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Zedong pulls Dalsworth in to control the position. Zedong has a closed guard, preventing Dalsworth from standing up. Dalsworth knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zedong on the ground.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Zedong wants to sweep but no luck. Dalsworth has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Zedong is proving hard to escape from. Zedong keeping full guard, as Dalsworth tries to pass. Zedong bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dalsworth's guard. Dalsworth is trying to control the position but Zedong postures up.
Zedong drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Dalsworth manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Zedong has Dalsworth in his guard. Dalsworth wants to get up but he can't break Zedong's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Dalsworth stands up and waves to Zedong to follow him.
Dalsworth gets caught flat footed, as Zedong shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Zedong wants to control from the top but Dalsworth keeps moving. Dalsworth is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Zedong keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Dalsworth's head. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. and Dalsworth cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Dalsworth fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Zedong sprawls well initially but Dalsworth persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Zedong manages to get to full guard.
Zedong bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dalsworth's guard. Zedong controls the pace of the fight for a moment. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
 Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Dalsworth stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dalsworth wants it to stay on the feet. Dalsworth is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Dalsworth tries to clinch up. Zedong misses with a few strikes there.

Dalsworth tries to sprawl but Zedong drives through with a takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Zedong seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Zedong moves nicely into side control. Dalsworth is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Zedong is controlling him well. Zedong postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Dalsworth's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. An elbow from Zedong crashes against the mat.
Zedong swings around for an armbar but Dalsworth sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Zedong's guard.
Dalsworth gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Zedong circles away from the clinch attempt
and Zedong counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dalsworth won't be happy with that. A lull in the action here as Zedong stalls from top position. Dalsworth taking punishment in the form of punches.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dalsworth prevents Zedong from moving into mount. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Dalsworth gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Zedong is looking to work his way around to Dalsworth's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position. Zedong dominating with strikes here. Zedong scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Zedong has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Dalsworth tries to lock up and control but Zedong gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Zedong lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Zedong is landing with some decent strikes but Dalsworth is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Mao Zedong showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Dalsworth with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Zedong working the head and body with strikes.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Zedong with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Zedong drops an elbow to the side of Dalsworth's head. Zedong stops Dalsworth from getting back to his feet.

Zedong is keen to just control but Dalsworth is a slippery customer. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gein shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Pain eats them both and turns towards Gein to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Pain shoots in and drives through. Gein sprawls well.
Pain drives through with a takedown into Gein's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Gein wants to get back to his feet but Pain is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Pain sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Gein connects with the punch. Left hook, right uppercut from Gein. Nice sprawl there from Gein as Pain shoots in. Gein cracks Pain with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Nice uppercut lands for Gein. That snapped Pain 's head back.
Gein bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Pain tries to clinch up. Pain tries to clinch but Gein moves away and Pain takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Pain takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Gein scores with a one two! Pain had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Pain gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Gein. Pain misses with a takedown attempt - Gein sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Gein connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Pain 's hands. Gein has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Gein scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Gein with a jab. Pain tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gein sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Pain somewhat. Pain shoots in looking for a takedown. Gein tries to sprawl out of it but Pain keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gein manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Gein cracks Pain with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Gein lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Gein scores with a jab to the head.
Pain throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gein's waist but Gein gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Pain off to one side. Rob Pain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gein stuffs the takedown attempt from Pain . Pain gets slowly back to his feet. Gein lands a two punch combo.
This has been an exciting period of action! Pain takes a body punch but keeps moving. Pain fails with a takedown attempt.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Pain crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Gein - the referee stops the clock and Pain gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Gein. Pain manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. A nice inside leg kick there by Gein. That's going to slow Pain down. Gein throws a right hand that Pain ducks under and follows up with a left that Pain also avoids with ease. Gein stuffs the takedown. Pain takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
A left lands for Gein. Gein looks to land a combination. Pain sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Pain misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Gein lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Pain takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Pain shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gein as he jumps to the side. Nice sprawl there from Gein as Pain shoots in. Gein scores with a jab. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Gein!
Gein scores with a hook. Ed Gein is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Nice uppercut there from Gein.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Gein tests Pain 's chin there with a solid looking shot. Gein bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Pain throws out a leg kick but Gein moves out of range and Pain only half commits. Danga de danga de dang - Gein scores with a four punch combination! Gein connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Nice sprawl there from Gein as Pain shoots in. Gein throws a nice outside leg kick. Gein throws a right and a left that Pain avoids nicely. Nice jab there from Gein. Pain tries to clinch there but Gein circles away.
A jab lands there for Gein. Pain takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Pain shoots for a double leg takedown but Gein sprawls well. He's pushed Pain 's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Gein fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Pain . Gein with a jab. Ed Gein is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. No luck with that takedown attempt from Pain . Pain takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Pain tries for a takedown but Gein sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pain closes the distance and clinches up with Gein, looking for a takedown. Pain pushes Gein against the cage but Gein circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Pain shoots for a double leg takedown but Gein sprawls well. He's pushed Pain 's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Gein lands with a kick to the ribs.

Gein lands a jab-cross combination. Pain shoots for a double leg takedown but Gein sprawls well. He's pushed Pain 's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Gein lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Pain backs up against the cage.
Pain takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Pain fails with a takedown attempt. Gein lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Pain at a distance.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Gein looks to land a combination. Pain sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Pain takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Gein!
Pain looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Gein thumps Pain with a low kick. Gein stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gein wants it to stay on the feet. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Pain ducks right into an uppercut from Gein. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Pain . Pain has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Gein. Gein feints a jab promting Pain to slip. Gein then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Pain slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Gein is working the combinations to good effect here. Gein lands with a cross. Gein moves into range and connects with a jab. Pain looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gein is fending him off so far but Pain persists. Nope, Gein circles away and we're back to standing. Pain on the wrong end of a nice jab. Gein listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Gein stuffs the takedown attempt from Pain . Pain gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rob Pain . That's going to take a lot out of him. Gein lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Gein darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Gein feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Pain s jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Pain takes one on the button. Pain drops his hands momentarily and Gein takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Nice body punch from Gein. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pain on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Gein connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Gein connects with a right hand. Pain shakes it off. Gein fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A jab lands there for Gein. Good standup being displayed there by Gein as he connects with a hook. Pain shoots in looking for a takedown but Gein manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Pain 's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. No luck with that takedown attempt from Pain . Ed Gein seems to be getting the better of the standup. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Gein, as that shot connected.
A lazy left from Gein finds it's target. Gein cracks Pain with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Pain shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gein as he jumps to the side. Gein scores with a crisp jab that stopped Pain in his tracks. Pain tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Pain shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Gein scores with a head kick.
Pain shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gein but Gein pushes him off and we're back to square one. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Gein goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pain has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Pain is looking to clinch. A decent looking cross lands there for Gein. Gein lands a jab to the nose. Pain tries to clinch up but Gein circles away and keeps his distance. Pain shoots in looking for a takedown but Gein manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Pain 's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Gein scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Gein gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gein throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Pain on the side of the head. Pain needs to keep his hands up - Gein had a free shot at his head there. Gein scores with a one two! Pain had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Gein works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Gein avoids a kick to the body.
Gein lands a lovely overhand right. Pain misses with a takedown attempt - Gein sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Pain will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body. Pain takes one on the chin but seems OK.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Gein scores with a nice strike. Pain tries for a takedown but Gein sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Pain drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Pain drops his hands momentarily and Gein takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Wulfe's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Wulfe working hard to break the clinch. Shroom lands an elbow just above Wulfe 's eye. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Wulfe. Shroom keeps control of Wulfe as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Shroom lands an elbow just above Wulfe 's eye. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Wulfe blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

He pushes Wulfe back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Shroom throws a beautiful elbow that sends Wulfe crashing to the floor! Shroom piles on the pressure with more strikes! Wulfe is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vader misses with a two punch combination.
Valderama scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Valderama fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Darth Vader seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Vader shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Valderama as he jumps to the side. Valderama misses with a looping right. No luck with that takedown attempt from Vader. Vader shoots in and drives through. Valderama sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Darth Vader. That's going to take a lot out of him. Valderama swings away with a leg kick that misses. Vader lands a nice hook to Valderama's body. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Valderama tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Valderama throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Vader will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
