The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tsadyleba fails to land with a series of punches.
Tsadyleba tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Tsadyleba fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Tsadyleba closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Good shot there by Zulu. Tsadyleba will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Tsadyleba shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Zulu as he avoids it easily. Tsadyleba looks for a takedown but Zulu sprawls well. Zulu is looking for a kimura but Tsadyleba is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Zulu to get the leverage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Murth misses with a straight left. Murth throws a right and a left that both miss. Murth shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Murth was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Pepinhos tries to hold on but Murth postures up. Murth looking to secure an arm triangle but Pepinhos defends it well. Murth scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Murth is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pepinhos is just riding it out for now. Murth eventually gives up the hold. Pepinhos is not content to let Murth control the position. Pepinhos is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Murth's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Murth's back!

Chan shoots in for a double leg but Valdez sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. The fight stays on the outside here - Chan looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Chan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Valdez paws at him with a jab and circles away. Valdez staying out of range there. Chan tries for a takedown but Valdez circles away easily and Valdez counters with a left and a right that stings Chan. Valdez throws a lazy head kick and Chan counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Valdez thinking. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Chan takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Chan shoots in but doesn't get the takedown enabling Valdez to counter with a crisp jab. Chan has his takedown stuffed and Chan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Chan is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chan shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Valdez defends it nicely. Chan gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Valdez throws a leg kick and Chan counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Valdez's guard now. Chan drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Chan jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Chan trying to control the position from guard on top but Valdez is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Valdez is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Chan is controlling him. Valdez wriggles free and stands up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Chan looks to clinch and Valdez cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Chan fails to land the takedown. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Valdez throws a sloppy head kick and Chan moves out of range easily. A head kick misses from Chan. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Valdez counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Valdez throws a nice looking combination but Chan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Chan tries to clinch there but Valdez circles away.

Yamapi Chan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Valdez scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Chan lands with a good body shot. Valdez stalks Chan and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Chan's face. Chan staggers backwards, shaken. Valdez throws a series of punches but Chan avoids them all with ease. Chan dives in and grabs Valdez's left leg, looking for a takedown. Valdez pushes down on Chan's head and hops out. Valdez connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Chan takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Chan with a poor takedown and Valdez cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Chan is rocked! Valdez throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Chan stumbling backwards into the ropes! Chan bounces back off the ropes towards Valdez, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Valdez lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Valdez celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Pepeng Ondoy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Holden Rosenthal! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rosenthal thuds a left hand into Ondoy's body. Ondoy misses with a body punch
and Rosenthal counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Rosenthal dodges the punch combination from Ondoy.
Ondoy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rosenthal moves away. Ondoy misses with a series of wild punches.
Rosenthal tries a low kick but Ondoy avoids it. Ondoy throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Rosenthal throws a series of punches but Ondoy moves out of range. Ondoy swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rosenthal counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Ondoy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ondoy lands a right hook to the body.
Ondoy slips a jab and a cross from Rosenthal.
Rosenthal takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Ondoy loads up on a big right hand but Rosenthal slips the punch. Ondoy waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Rosenthal.

Rosenthal will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Rosenthal counters with a lovely shot to the body. Pepeng Ondoy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ondoy thows a left - swing and a miss! Rosenthal uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ondoy. Rosenthal tries a head kick but it misses.
Ondoy is looking to wear down Rosenthal with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. A swing and a miss from Ondoy. Ondoy thuds a left hand into Rosenthal's body. Ondoy slips a jab from Rosenthal. Ondoy swings and misses with a shot to the body and Rosenthal counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Ondoy throws a big shot that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ondoy scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Ondoy blocks a head kick by Rosenthal.
A shot to the body from Ondoy misses and Rosenthal counters with a lovely straight right hand! Rosenthal lunges at Ondoy with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Ondoy's hand. Ondoy throws out a loose jab but Rosenthal uses good head movement to avoid it. Ondoy sizes up Rosenthal with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rosenthal closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ondoy circles away. Rosenthal throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Ondoy swings away with a body shot that misses
and Rosenthal counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Rosenthal shoots in and drives through. Ondoy sprawls well. Ondoy throws a series of punches but Rosenthal avoids them all with ease. A slow jab from Ondoy misses its intended target. A head kick misses from Rosenthal. Rosenthal keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ondoy keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Pepeng Ondoy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Holden Rosenthal. Rosenthal shoots in and drives through. Ondoy sprawls well. Ondoy swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Ondoy throws a big shot that misses. Ondoy falls off balance throwing a combination
and Rosenthal counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Ondoy is refusing to be controlled, as Rosenthal sits in half guard. Rosenthal prevents Ondoy from improving his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rosenthal wants to pass the guard but Ondoy is defending well. Rosenthal seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ondoy does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Ondoy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rosenthal on the ground. Rosenthal sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Ondoy defending well though. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ondoy is staying active underneath Rosenthal, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Ondoy preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Holden Rosenthal will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Rosenthal throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ondoy works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Ondoy working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Rosenthal. Rosenthal throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Rosenthal is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ondoy utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Rosenthal thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Rosenthal postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rosenthal accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Rosenthal takes one on the chin but seems OK.

and Rosenthal counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Rosenthal keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ondoy. Ondoy lands a jab. Ondoy throws a body punch but Rosenthal moves out of range. Rosenthal drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Rosenthal sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Ondoy's guard. Ondoy taking some punishment here, with Rosenthal in his half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ondoy blocking the ground and pound attempt from Rosenthal. Ondoy is looking to control Rosenthal's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Ondoy avoid being mounted? Rosenthal looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Rosenthal lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Rosenthal is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Ondoy sees it coming and defends easily. Ondoy is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Rosenthal scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Ondoy wants to control but Rosenthal is keeping busy and won't allow it. Rosenthal is looking to advance position but Ondoy won't allow it. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ondoy trying to hold on to Rosenthal's head to control him but Rosenthal postures up.

Ondoy throws a jab but it's blocked by Rosenthal. Ondoy lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Ondoy punishes Rosenthal's body with a nice straight punch. Ondoy throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Pepeng Ondoy is winning the standup battle so far. Rosenthal ducks under a wild hook from Ondoy. A punch combination from Ondoy misses. Rosenthal comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Rosenthal defending well as Ondoy loads up on a big left hand. Rosenthal scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Rosenthal tries to score with some ground and pound. Ondoy controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rosenthal looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Rosenthal takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Rosenthal is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Ondoy is trying to improve his position. Pepeng Ondoy has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Rosenthal tries to move to mount but Ondoy blocks the move with his legs. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Rosenthal works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Rosenthal trying to control the position but Ondoy is working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ondoy taking a bit of punishment here - Rosenthal scoring with strikes. Ondoy can't do much from the bottom here. Ondoy manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Manson comes to the ring accompanied by Angel Of Death. Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Manson throws a hook but Nabonaga avoids it easily. Nabonaga fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Manson misses with a hook. Nabonaga ducked under it nicely. Manson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Nabonaga. Manson scores with a decent looking hook. Manson lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Nabonaga has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Odda Nabonaga has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Manson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nabonaga's waist but Nabonaga gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Manson off to one side. Manson throws a shot from downtown. Nabonaga moves away and avoids it. Nabonaga takes one to the chin there. Manson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Nabonaga. Nabonaga takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Charlie Manson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nabonaga gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Nabonaga is rocked! Manson gets to his feet and stands over Nabonaga, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Nabonaga felt that one! Manson unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Nabonaga from any more punishment!
