The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ball shoots in looking for a takedown. Steroidi Jr tries to sprawl out of it but Ball keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Steroidi Jr manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Steroidi Jr shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Steroidi Jr was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Steroidi Jr controlling the pace for now.
Ball can't escape the position.
Steroidi Jr fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Steroidi Jr postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Ball in real trouble here! The ref calls for Ball to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

Cotton drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Cotton has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Cotton there as he acknowledges the shot.
Cotton uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Fontana.

Fontana slips a jab and a cross from Cotton.

Fontana has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Cotton is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Fontana.

Buzzsaw shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Walian but Walian pushes him off and we're back to square one.
