Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between MS Dhoni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Carroway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Kevin Carroway was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, MS Dhoni! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kevin Carroway! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Wagner Zegers and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dhoni tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Carroway manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Dhoni tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Carroway paws at him with a jab and circles away. Dhoni throws a sloppy head kick and Carroway moves out of range easily. Dhoni misses with a low kick as Carroway jumps back. Carroway gets the takedown into side control. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Carroway throws a strike aimed at the side of Dhoni's head but Dhoni avoids it well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Carroway working the ground and pound from side control. Carroway throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Dhoni is not content to let Carroway control the position. Carroway working the ground and pound from side control. Carroway has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Dhoni! Poor strikes thrown by Carroway there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
That's one minute gone in the round. Dhoni tries to hold on but Carroway pushes him away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Carroway punishing his opponent with strikes. Carroway with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Carroway trying to control but he's not successful this time. Carroway is landing with some decent strikes but Dhoni is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Carroway looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Carroway looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A nice elbow there by Carroway. Dhoni is bucking up trying to escape but Carroway cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Carroway wants to control the pace but Dhoni is squirming around nicely. Dhoni is breathing heavily. Dhoni defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Carroway. Carroway working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Dhoni looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Carroway! Submission of the night perhaps?

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Anders Om! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Om displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Leichteiner throws out the jab. Om throws out a loose jab but Leichteiner uses good head movement to avoid it. Leichteiner misses with a straight left. Om takes a swing at Leichteiner's ribcage but misses. Om gets the takedown into side control. Om is staying tight to Leichteiner's torso, preventing him from escaping. Leichteiner can't do much from the bottom here. Leichteiner sneaks back into half guard. Om slips a nice elbow through Leichteiner's hands, connecting with Leichteiner's forehead. Leichteiner has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Om is working away from the top position though. Om is keen to just control but Leichteiner is a slippery customer. Om not landing any meaningful shots this time. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Leichteiner moves into full guard.
Leichteiner might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Om trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Om wants to control from the top but Leichteiner keeps moving. Om throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Leichteiner works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Leichteiner looking to control.
Om trying to control the position from guard on top but Leichteiner is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Leichteiner lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Om! Om tries to lock up and control but Leichteiner gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Om is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Leichteiner working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Om turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Leichteiner off and cradles Om's limp body as Leichteiner celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Peter Leichteiner!
