The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The fight stays on the outside here - Kappa looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kappa shoots in looking for a takedown. Waitzel tries to sprawl out of it but Kappa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Waitzel manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

And that's the end of the fight!
Shane Waitzel showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Waitzel has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3 rounds of action, we go to the scorecards for a decision.
Judge George Francis scores the fight 29:28
Judge Tiny Johnson scores the fight 29:28
Judge Chris Downing scores the fight 29:28

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Shane Waitzel!

Post fight, an emotional Shane Waitzel said 'I'll eat your green beard for breakfast tomorrow.'.
