The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Banners throws a hook but Prizefighter avoids it easily. Prizefighter tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Banners swivels and escapes. Prizefighter drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Prizefighter missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Prizefighter will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Prizefighter with a flurry of punches that miss. Prizefighter has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Banners is looking to stand up but Prizefighter isn't so interested in that idea. Prizefighter scoring with punches to the head and body. Prizefighter crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Prizefighter's bad books for that mishap!

and Sengir counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Sengir trying to control the position from guard on top but Emelianenko is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Emelianenko escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sengir gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Sengir throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Emelianenko works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Sengir wants to control from the top but Emelianenko keeps moving. Emelianenko has his foot on Sengir's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sengir works his way back into a safe position though. Emelianenko working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Sengir. Emelianenko has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sengir can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mir fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Miller lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mir has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mir and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Mir feints and as Miller raises his hands in defense, Mir changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Mir has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Mir wants to get up but he can't break Miller's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Miller controlling the position. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice cross by Bla.
It looks like Takedown And Pound has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bla jabs at And Pound's body. Bla closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into And Pound's guard. And Pound looks winded! The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. And Pound not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Bla trying to control but And Pound is working from the bottom. Bla in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. And Pound working a defensive guard here.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bla accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bla works a leg free and moves into half guard. And Pound is trying to maintain the position but Bla is very close to passing his half guard. Bla missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Bla tries to pass the half guard into mount. And Pound knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Bla is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. And Pound is looking to control Bla's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can And Pound avoid being mounted?
That's one minute gone in the round. Bla thows a huge punch but And Pound dodges it nicely.
And Pound gets full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. And Pound utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Bla postures up in And Pound's guard and throws a big left but And Pound blocks it. And Pound manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bla manages to get himself to full guard.
And Pound tries to stand but Bla is controlling from the bottom. Bla scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Bla cracks And Pound with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! And Pound blocks a jab. And Pound throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. The crowd cheers as Bla lands an impressive looking overhand right. And Pound doesn't seem phased though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bla throws a right and a left that both miss. Bla looks to score with a jab to the body but And Pound is just out of range. Bla scores with a crisp jab that stopped And Pound in his tracks. And Pound throws a solid leg kick but Bla takes the impact on his shin and smiles at And Pound. And Pound keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Bla connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks And Pound out cold! This one is over in a flash!
