3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Albert Stoker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Chavo El Torrez ! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Winston Howard and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! El Torrez with a poor takedown and Stoker counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps El Torrez thinking. El Torrez looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! El Torrez tries to keep at a distance but Stoker has taken the fight into the clinch. Stoker has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Stoker throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but El Torrez blocks it with crossed arms. Stoker lands a body punch. El Torrez tries to work over Stoker's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Stoker throws an elbow but it misses.
Stoker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
El Torrez with a poor takedown and Stoker counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps El Torrez thinking. Stoker lands the left hand. El Torrez ducks right into an uppercut from Stoker. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Stoker shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in El Torrez 's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stoker wants to control from the top but El Torrez keeps moving. Stoker trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stoker working some strikes from top position. Stoker throws a big elbow that misses. Stoker is pushing down on El Torrez 's leg trying to pass to half guard. El Torrez is fighting to maintain full guard but Stoker has managed to sneak the leg through. Nice strikes from Stoker there. Stoker thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed El Torrez 's head. Stoker is sneakily working for an arm triangle but El Torrez sees it coming and defends easily. Stoker is working for a kimura but El Torrez is defending it quite comfortably.
Stoker lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! El Torrez is not content to let Stoker control the position. Stoker takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Stoker passes to full mount! El Torrez takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
El Torrez is rocked! Stoker lands a big shot to the head and El Torrez winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!

9 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Willy Coffey! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Skip Squint and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coffey clinches. Dugre really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Coffey tries to land knees in the clinch but Dugre avoids the damage to the body. Coffey manages to pull guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Coffey looking for a sweep. Not yet Coffey, not yet. Dugre trying to control but Coffey is working from the bottom. Dugre controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Ehavoc Dugre just wasn't active enough. Dugre shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Coffey as he avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dugre defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Coffey. The fight moves into the clinch position. Coffey escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice sprawl there from Coffey as Dugre shoots in. Coffey looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Coffey wants to pass the guard but Dugre is defending well. Coffey winds up and cracks Dugre with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Coffey wants to pass the guard but Dugre is defending well. He's hooked one of Coffey's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Coffey's back! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dugre has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Coffey's body.

Dugre looking for a guillotine here but Coffey defends easily.

Dugre doesn't succeed with the takedown and Coffey makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Coffey throws a sloppy head kick and Dugre moves out of range easily. Coffey swinging wildly here.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Dugre misses with a takedown attempt - Coffey sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Dugre avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ehavoc Dugre is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Coffey drops Dugre with a left right combo! Coffey follows him down to the ground into side control.

That kick from Cyder tenderised Mckenzie's leg. Mckenzie is trying to keep his angry face on. Mckenzie shoots and misses and Cyder counters by moving into the clinch. Cyder lands a knee to the body.
Cyder drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mckenzie gets the underhooks and prevents it.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cyder changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mckenzie tries to avoid it but Cyder manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mckenzie to the ground. Mckenzie escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Cyder lands a lovely overhand right. Cyder looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Mckenzie has control of Cyder's left arm, preventing Cyder from doing any damage. Cyder throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Mckenzie is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Cyder defends well. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Cyder wants to control from the top but Mckenzie keeps moving.

Gaffney fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gibbs avoids it really well and circles away. Gaffney throws a series of punches but Gibbs moves out of range. Gibbs fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gaffney has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Gaffney misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
