Hammer wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Frota misses with a two punch combination.
Frota could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Frota throws a nice looking combination but Hammer bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Frota is breathing heavily.
Hammer misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Frota.
Frota shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hammer sprawls well. Hammer wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Frota gets slowly back to his feet.

Hammer lands a left and a right that send Frota crashing to the mat, dazed. Hammer thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
