The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donkey tries to clinch up but Perfect circles away and keeps his distance.
Donkey goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Mr Perfect has been cut.

Donkey decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Perfect is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Perfect kicks off Donkey and gets to his feet.

Donkey is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Perfect 's half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Madik is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Jones has his hands clasped together but Madik extends an breaks Jones's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Madik.

It looks like Whitey Marsh has been cut.
Stevens swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Marsh tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stevens paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Marsh is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Stevens has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Stevens!

Marsh working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Stevens doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Stevens manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Stevens lands a hook that stumbles Marsh back into the cage. Stevens follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Marsh to the canvas! Stevens pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Marsh has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
