Thompson misses with a double jab
and Mctanned counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Mctanned stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Thompson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Mctanned is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Thompson wants to stand up but Mctanned is controlling him.
Mctanned passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Mctanned is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Thompson looks calm but he's in trouble here. Mctanned gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm.
