Undercard bout

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Trent Punchy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Turbitt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Punchy comes into the arena with Trent From Punchy blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Turbitt closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Trent Punchy.

Lowey's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Land Down Under. Mike Freeman struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 157.9lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Peter Lowey has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.
