Sharp feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Rankinstein misses with an uppercut. Park saw that one coming.
Rankinstein lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Park backs up against the cage.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Rankinstein crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Park - the referee stops the clock and Rankinstein gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Park. Rankinstein manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Park moves in looking to clinch but Rankinstein pushes him off.

Rankinstein closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Park to the mat! Park manages to get full guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Rankinstein's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Rankinstein sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Park doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Rankinstein paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Park - great work!
