The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maximillian lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Hellio backs up against the cage.
Nice uppercut lands for Hellio. That snapped Maximillian's head back.

Maximillian drives through and clinches with Hellio against the cage.
Maximillian is stalling here.
Hellio wants a takedown.

Maximillian pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Maximillian pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Hellio back to the cage. Maximillian follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Voll rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Krukowski moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Voll takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Krukowski tries to move into range but Voll moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Krukowski lands with a hook. Voll tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Voll looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Krukowski ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Voll's jaw. Voll's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Krukowski does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kevin Krukowski! Kevin Krukowski retains his heavyweight title!
During a confident post fight interview, Kevin Krukowski thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
