2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Von Hammer! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Chad Campbell and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hammer goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Barera shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hammer as he avoids it easily. Barera slips under a jab from Hammer. Barera shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Hammer napping and manages to drive through into side control! We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Barera wants to stand but Hammer has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard. Hammer wants to stand up but Barera is controlling him. Barera throwing strikes from guard but Hammer blocks nicely. Barera throws an elbow that misses. Hammer uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Barera's guard. Nice move by Hammer! Hammer works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barera wants to get back to full guard. Hammer is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Hammer breaks from Barera's wrist control and lands an elbow. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Hammer cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Barera is rocked! A big strike lands for Hammer! That's really hurt Barera and he's turned his back - Hammer keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Hammer jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Froglegs throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Froglegs throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. MyFace fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
MyFace tries to close the distance and clinch up but Froglegs swats him away and circles back towards the center. MyFace shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Froglegs pinned against the cage. Froglegs gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. MyFace misses with a few strikes there.
Froglegs gets in close and instigates a clinch. Froglegs breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Froglegs scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. MyFace lands with an uppercut that bounces Froglegs off the cage and back into range. MyFace tries to keep at a distance but Froglegs has taken the fight into the clinch. Froglegs manages to break the clinch.

MyFace regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Froglegs seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. MyFace wants to stand and escape but Froglegs is having none of it.

MyFace scores with a one two! Froglegs had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Froglegs throws a sloppy head kick and MyFace moves out of range easily. Froglegs takes a jab right on the kisser.

Punch MyFace has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pepper Froglegs. Froglegs jumps guard but MyFace turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Froglegs tries to pull guard but MyFace holds him up against the cage and eventually Froglegs drops back down to his feet.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by MyFace as Froglegs tries to tie him up. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Froglegs breaks the clinch.

He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. MyFace wants to stand and escape but instead Froglegs has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

MyFace might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. MyFace is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Froglegs wants to control from the top but MyFace keeps moving. MyFace wants to get back to his feet but Froglegs is in a dominant position and won't allow it. MyFace avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. MyFace on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if MyFace tries to get out of the position. Froglegs content to stall in guard here. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Froglegs postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Froglegs tries to land a front kick but MyFace steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Froglegs scores with a jab. MyFace thows a body shot but no joy. Froglegs gets a takedown into half guard. Froglegs throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. MyFace is trying to stand.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Froglegs lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear MyFace down.

Froglegs has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Froglegs lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. MyFace instigates a clinch. Froglegs pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Froglegs lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Froglegs misses with a body shot.

Punch MyFace has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Pepper Froglegs is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. MyFace uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Froglegs.
And that's the end of the fight! Pepper Froglegs comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Froglegs has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Martin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Martin manages to kick Bühler off! Bühler jumps back into Martin's guard. Martin working a defensive guard but Bühler manages to pass into side control anyway.

Martin seems to have got his legs back now. Bühler throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Bühler wants to control the pace but Martin is squirming around nicely. Bühler has hold of Martin's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Martin manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Hank Martin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Bühler breaks from Martin's wrist control and lands an elbow. Bühler scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Martin?
This has been an exciting period of action! Bühler tries to control but Martin wriggling away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Martin wants to hold on but Bühler pushes him away. Bühler controlling the pace for now. Bühler raining down hammerfists from mount. Marco Bühler is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Bühler sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Bühler wants to control the action but instead Martin gets a body lock and reverses into Bühler's guard! Nice work!
And that's the end of the fight! Marco Bühler comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Bühler has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hunt needs to keep his hands up - Heisman had a free shot at his head there.
It looks like Robert Hunt has been cut. Heisman getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Hunt scores a takedown into full mount! Poor strikes thrown by Hunt there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Heisman is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Heisman manages to work a leg through to get back to half guard here. Good work there by Heisman, under a barage of strikes from Hunt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Heisman wants to improve his position but Hunt is controlling well.

Hunt not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Heisman wants to improve his position but Hunt is controlling well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hunt thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Heisman's head. Hunt throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Hunt with the ground and pound but Heisman uses the opportunity to regain guard. Hunt postures up in Heisman's guard and throws a big left but Heisman blocks it. Hunt postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Heisman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hunt manages to get himself to full guard.
Hunt looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Heisman has picked Hunt up and slammed him! Hunt can't keep hold of the triangle and Heisman manages to pass to side control! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hunt regains half guard there - taking advantage of Heisman's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. Heisman wants to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hunt is staying active underneath Heisman, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Heisman with the ground and pound but Hunt uses the opportunity to regain guard. Hunt keeping moving, preventing Heisman from controlling successfully. Heisman would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Heisman throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Heisman is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Heisman is looking to work some ground and pound but Hunt has wrist control. Heisman is stalling in the full guard.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. TJ Heisman wasn't active enough on the ground. Hunt shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Heisman defends it nicely. Hunt uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Heisman. TJ Heisman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Heisman leaves Hunt with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The ref stands the fighters back up. TJ Heisman was stalling too much, according to the referee. Hunt shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Heisman sprawls well. Heisman wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hunt gets slowly back to his feet. Robert Hunt is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. No joy there for Heisman, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hunt fails with the takedown. Heisman throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hunt closes this distance looking for a takedown but Heisman circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robert Hunt. That's going to take a lot out of him. Heisman shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Hunt eats them both and turns towards Heisman to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. No luck for Hunt with that takedown attempt. Hunt shoots in but Heisman avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hunt looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Heisman is fending him off so far but Hunt persists. Nope, Heisman circles away and we're back to standing. Heisman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hunt is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Heisman. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Heisman cracks Hunt with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Hunt looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Heisman finish him?
Hunt is rocked!
Robert Hunt's cut is getting worse. Heisman lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Hunt up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Heisman from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Hunt's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

That could mean trouble for The East! We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Cold tries to control but The East wriggling away. The East tries to hold on but Cold postures up. Cold landing strikes, looking to finish! The East can't escape the position.
The East gets back to half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The East is trying to control but can't.

A much better position for The East. The East has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Cold doesn't defend quickly enough and The East has managed to lock this one up! Can Cold escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to The East on a fantastic submission victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grohl lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gustin circles away quickly and effectively. Grohl on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Gustin misses with a wild body shot. Gustin looks to land a body kick but Grohl moved away. Some wild striking there from Gustin.
Grohl wants to clinch but Gustin slips to the side and Gustin counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Grohl fails in his attempt to clinch. Gustin lands with a right hand. Grohl tries to clinch but Gustin is having none of it. A punch combination from Grohl misses. Grohl swings for the body but Gustin moves out of range.
Crunch! Gustin slams his shin into Grohl's torso. Grohl looks to score with a jab to the body but Gustin is just out of range. Gustin's corner calls for a 1-2. Gustin obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Gustin scores with a jab. Grohl acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Grohl gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Gustin is looking to slow Grohl down with leg kicks.

Grohl defending well as Gustin loads up on a big left hand. Grohl tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Gustin manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Gustin lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Grohl tries to close the distance and clinch but Gustin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Grohl darts in trying to clinch enabling Gustin to counter with a crisp jab. Grohl walks into a stiff left hand from Gustin. Grohl walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Grohl fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gustin getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Gustin scores with a nice strike. Grohl fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gustin manages to avoid it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Grohl showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gustin.
Gustin lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Gustin.
Grohl is rocked! A big right followed by a crushing left from Gustin knocks Grohl out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!

Khan moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. A nice leg kick lands there from Saunders. Saunders looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Khan is fending him off so far but Saunders persists. Nope, Khan circles away and we're back to standing. Saunders scores with a hook.
It looks like Amir Khan has been cut. Saunders shoots for a double leg takedown but Khan sprawls well. He's pushed Saunders's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Saunders takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Saunders finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Khan tries to clinch but Saunders moves out of range. Saunders shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Khan defends it nicely. Amir Khan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Saunders. Khan scores with a shot to the body.

Saunders throws a jab when Khan was well out of range. Saunders misses with a right hand and Khan counters with a right hand to the body. Saunders throws a predictable looking body shot
and Khan counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Khan feints and then cracks Saunders's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Saunders down. Saunders throws a hook but Khan avoids it easily. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Khan, right into the meat.
Saunders missing with a left hand there. Khan was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Saunders throws a leg kick that is checked and Khan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Khan has managed to clinch.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Khan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Saunders shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Joe Saunders seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Saunders throws a series of punches but Khan moves out of range. Khan moves out of range of the strikes. Amir Khan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. This has been an exciting period of action! Saunders walks into a straight right hand from Khan. Khan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Saunders. Khan lands a right hook to the body.

Nice body punch from Khan. A big right from Saunders misses. Khan fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Saunders checks it well. Khan scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Saunders has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Khan closes the distance and clinches.

Saunders crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Khan - the referee stops the clock and Saunders gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Khan. Saunders manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Khan scores with a body shot.

Khan ducks under a wild hook from Saunders. Saunders throws an overhand right that lands on Khan's shoulder, as Khan tries to avoid the shot. Saunders throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Jab by Khan. Saunders throws out a loose jab but Khan uses good head movement to avoid it. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Saunders takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Khan takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Saunders scores with a jab. Khan throws a right hand that Saunders ducks under and follows up with a left that Saunders also avoids with ease. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Saunders will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Saunders lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Khan circles away quickly and effectively. Khan lands with a nice body kick. Saunders misses the jab. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stewart throws an overhand right that lands on Kharlamov's shoulder, as Kharlamov tries to avoid the shot. Kharlamov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Stewart.
Stewart throws a low kick but it's checked well by Kharlamov. Kharlamov moves out of range as Stewart throws a body kick.
Donald Stewart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kharlamov feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Stewart's calf. Kharlamov checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Kharlamov will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Kharlamov tries to move into range but Stewart moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Kharlamov throws a leg kick which misses Stewart's front leg but catches the back leg as Stewart tries to avoid it. Stewart misses with a looping right. Kharlamov circles away from the clinch attempt.

Wauler tries to close the distance and clinch up but Huxley swats him away and circles back towards the center. Huxley swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Huxley cracks Wauler with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Huxley has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Huxley there as he acknowledges the shot. Huxley tries a head kick but it misses.
