The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy looks for a takedown but Gunter sprawls well.
Hardy takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Gunter throws a combination. Hardy tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Gunter throws a series of strikes that have Hardy backpedaling.
Gunter will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gunter scores with a one two! Hardy had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Hardy takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Hardy. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Well Gunter has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Thalis cracks Bird with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Bird falls to his knees and Thalis doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson misses with a series of wild punches.
Johnson throws a series of punches but Segre avoids them all with ease.
Segre is trying hard to land a takedown here. Johnson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Johnson tries to bum rush Segre with a series of wild strikes but Segre uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Segre moves forwards but Johnson connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Segre tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Johnson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Segre shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Johnson defends it nicely.
Segre uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Johnson.

Segre closes this distance looking for a takedown but Johnson circles away.

Segre ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Segre no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
