0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Don Brodka! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Russell Pearce and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hardon lands a lovely overhand right. Hardon scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Hardon throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Brodka is defending against the submission attempts here by Hardon.
Brodka is trying to stand back up but Hardon is controlling him
Hardon is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Hardon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Brodka is staying active underneath Hardon, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Hardon looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Hardon is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brodka trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Hardon manages to pass to mount!
Hardon stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Brodka tries to keep at a distance but Hardon has taken the fight into the clinch. Hardon's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Brodka tries to clinch and Hardon counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Brodka tries to clinch up and Hardon counters with a three punch combo that has Brodka backing up. Brodka nods at Hardon to acknowledge the strikes. Brodka closes the distance but Hardon moves to the side and Hardon counters with a lovely straight right hand! Hardon throws a right and a left that Brodka avoids nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hardon lands with an uppercut that bounces Brodka off the cage and back into rage.
Brodka is rocked! Hardon moves in close and cracks Brodka with a massive right hand! Brodka, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Hardon!

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sho Gun! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Alyssa Summers and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gun shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bang defends it nicely. Gun bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Gun avoids the body shot from Bang.
Bang clinches. Bang breaks from the clinch.
Bang misses with a few strikes there.
Bang works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Gun throws a lazy right hand but Bang sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Some wild striking there from Bang.
Gun throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Bang avoids the head kick by Gun.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gun. Gun lands with a thumping leg kick.
Gun takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Sho Gun has been cut. Bang instigates a clinch. This has been an exciting period of action! Gun wants to get back to striking at distance but Bang won't allow it.
Gun can't break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bang gets underhooks to prevent Gun's takedown attempt.
Bang Bang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sho Gun. Bang lands with a short shot to the head. Bang makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Bang breaks from the clinch.
Bang throws a right and a left that both miss. Bang misses with the combination.
Gun smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Bang checks a leg kick. Gun throws a left and a right that both miss
and Bang counters with a lovely straight right hand! Bang changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Gun looks gassed! Gun throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Gun moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Gun is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bang misses with a hook. Gun is still on wobbly legs! Can Bang finish him? Bang clinches up with Gun and pushes him back against the cage. Bang lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Bang lands with a short shot to the head. Bang scores with an uppercut up the middle. Bang breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bang cracks Gun with a left hook right on the temple and Gun goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Bang lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Gun is OK!

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Matt King! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Franklyn Lucas and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King fails with an attempt to clinch.
Slice keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
No luck for Slice with that takedown attempt. Nice body kick from Slice. Slice on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by King. King obviously looking to wear him down.
King looks to land a left hand but Slice moved out of range nicely. Slice throws a right and a left that both miss. Slice checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. King lands with a thumping leg kick.
King keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Slice. Slice throws a body punch but King moves out of range. Slice looks to throw the jab but King is out of range. Slice throws a right hand that King ducks under and follows up with a left that King also avoids with ease. King scores with a head kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Slice tries for a takedown but King sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Slice chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before King can pounce on him.
Slice is breathing heavily. King lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. King cracks Slice with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. King has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Slice to stand back up!
Slice is rocked!
It looks like Ken Slice has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round. King feints a jab and as Slice dips his head, King unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Slice right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Slice falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! King smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Matt King!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Brown bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Arfel's head backwards. Brown keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Brown throws a low kick but Arfel avoids it. Arfel throws a right and a left that Brown avoids nicely. Arfel slips a straight right by Brown. Arfel scores with a body shot.
Brown tries a head kick but it misses.
Brown misses with a body kick. Arfel tries to clinch up but Brown circles away and keeps his distance. Arfel checks a leg kick. Arfel with a jab. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Brown dodges the punch combination from Arfel.
Arfel misses with a two punch combination.
Brown swats away the attempt to clinch by Arfel. Brown throws a chopping leg kick but Arfel manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Arfel scores with a one two! Brown had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Arfel tries to bum rush Brown with a series of wild strikes but Brown uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown throws out a loose jab but Arfel uses good head movement to avoid it. Brown doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Brown looks gassed! Arfel uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Brown. Brown waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Arfel. Arfel tries to clinch but Brown is having none of it. Arfel tries to clinch there but Brown circles away.
Brown misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Arfel tries to close the distance and clinch up but Brown swats him away and circles back towards the center. Brown gets cracked there but stands up to it.
It looks like Burt Brown has been cut. A shot to de liver by Arfel. Beautiful body shot. Brown takes one to the side of the head.
Brown is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Arfel misses with the combination.
Arfel lands with a nice combination. Brown backs away looking to recover. Brown is still on wobbly legs! Can Arfel finish him? Arfel drops Brown with a right and a left! Arfel comes rushing in but Brown regains his composure and manages to keep Arfel in guard.
Arfel passes into half guard. Brown seems to have recovered his senses.

Brown tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Brown throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Arfel takes the fight into the clinch. Brown looks to throw an elbow but misses. Arfel is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Arfel throws a head punch that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brown creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Arfel tries to stall but Brown uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
A frustrated look appears on Arfel's face as he tries to break the clinch. Brown looks to throw an elbow but misses. Arfel blocks an elbow strike from Brown.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Brown as Arfel tries to tie him up. Brown misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Arfel.
A battle for position here, against the cage. Brown throws a knee to the head but misses.
Brown keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Arfel's efforts to push away. Brown lands with a short shot to the head. Brown breaks the clinch.
Brown throws and low kick but Arfel moves out of range easily. Arfel is looking to wear down Brown with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Brown throws a head kick that misses. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Brown jabbing away but nothing is landing. Brown tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Brown on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Burt Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Brown misses with a low kick as Arfel jumps back. Arfel rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Brown moves out of range and avoids them all easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Zod Arfel dominated that round. The cut man is working on Burt Brown's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

The fight stays on the outside here - Brown looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Brown is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Arfel digs a good body shot into Brown's ribs. Arfel throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Stalling in the clinch from Arfel.
Brown prevents Arfel from breaking the clinch. Brown tries to land knees in the clinch but Arfel avoids the damage to the body. Arfel is stalling here.
Arfel tries to break free but Brown pushes him back against the cage. Arfel taking a breather. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Arfel seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but Brown is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment. Brown looks to throw an elbow but misses. Brown escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown keeps the fight on the outside. Brown tries to work over Arfel's front leg with a kick but Arfel checks it. Brown is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Arfel. Arfel drops Brown with a left right combo! Arfel follows him down to the ground into side control.
Arfel tries to advance to mount but Brown denies him. Brown really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Arfel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Arfel has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Brown! Arfel throwing strikes here but Brown is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Brown tries to get back to half guard but can't. Arfel throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Brown because Arfel loaded up on that one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown has given up his back.
I really don't envy Brown right now.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Edelman connects with a jab. The fighters circling - Edelman throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Edelman thuds a left hand into mexico's body. mexico throws a hook but Edelman avoids it easily. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Edelman!
It looks like ron mexico has been cut. mexico shoots in but no luck this time. mexico is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Edelman's half guard. Edelman is trying to get back to full guard. Edelman gets back to full guard.
mexico is working Edelman over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Edelman wants to sweep here but mexico controlling him for the moment. mexico is looking to work some ground and pound but Edelman has wrist control. mexico lands a couple of decent looking shots. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Edelman has momentary wrist control but mexico slips an elbow through the middle. Edelman controls mexico momentarily but mexico frees himself. mexico with a flurry of punches that miss.

Edelman wants to sweep but no luck. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. mexico slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Edelman manages to get back to half guard. Edelman on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. mexico landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. mexico working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Edelman is rocked! Edelman has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. mexico is working away from the top position though. Edelman works his way to full guard. Good work. mexico has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A decent looking cross lands there for Stanley. Stanley throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Stanley throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kuusinen on the side of the head. Stanley scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Stanley stalks Kuusinen and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kuusinen's face. Kuusinen staggers backwards, shaken. Kuusinen throws a nice looking combination but Stanley bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Kuusinen on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Stanley looks to land a combination but Kuusinen avoids it well. Stanley lands a head shot.
Kuusinen is rocked! Stanley connects with a superb combination that knocks Kuusinen out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Stanley before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Kuusinen!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Lowell Stanley!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thomas defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Murder. Thomas throws a head kick that misses. Thomas cracks the inside of Murder's front leg. Thomas turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Thomas shoots in and bounces Murder off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
