The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stefansson shoots in for a takedown but Beucher shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Stefansson throws a head kick that misses. Stefansson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Beucher is pushing Stefansson's head away, looking to escape. Stefansson manages to hold on to the position though. Stefansson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Beucher keeps working. Beucher pushes Stefansson away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Stefansson gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Beucher gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Beucher controlling the position for now. Let's hope that Beucher has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Stefansson is pressing down on Beucher's thigh, looking to free his foot. Beucher is holding on for now.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Stefansson misses with a takedown and Beucher cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Raiden Stefansson. Stefansson tries to close the distance and clinch but Beucher swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Beucher blocks a low kick nicely. Beucher steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Stefansson. That one must have hurt.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Stefansson enables Beucher to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Stefansson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Stefansson has his foot on Beucher's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Stefansson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Beucher gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Beucher distracts Stefansson with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Beucher wants to control from the top but Stefansson keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Beucher defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Stefansson. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Stefansson. Beucher throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Stefansson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Beucher sprawls well. Beucher wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Stefansson gets slowly back to his feet. Raiden Stefansson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stefansson lands a nice leg kick that just misses Beucher's sensitive parts. Stefansson misses with a head kick.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Beucher is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Stefansson is looking to control Beucher's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Stefansson avoid being mounted? Stefansson blocking the ground and pound attempt from Beucher. Stefansson wants to control but Beucher is keeping busy.

Stefansson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Beucher pulls his head out easily. Beucher winds up and cracks Stefansson with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Beucher lands a nice short elbow. Stefansson on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Oh Stefansson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Stefansson is staying active underneath Beucher, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Bobby Beucher has got the better of the ground game so far. Beucher working over Stefansson with some ground and pound. Stefansson looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Beucher takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Beucher lands a big elbow - Stefansson is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Beucher!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Petrov scores with a sloppy right hand. Lange should have avoided that one. Lange shoots in for a double leg but Petrov sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Petrov stuns Lange with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Lange tries to keep at a distance but Petrov has taken the fight into the clinch. Petrov breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Petrov controlling from the full mount. Petrov lands a heavy elbow. Petrov lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Lange hang on? Lange is trying desperately to improve position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Six shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Harris tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Harris ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Six moves away. Six dives in and grabs Harris's left leg, looking for a takedown. Harris pushes down on Six's head and hops out. Ethan Harris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Choel Six. Harris throws a head kick that misses. Ethan Harris is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Mendes drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mendes jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Mendes in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. 9 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mike Rolla! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rolla takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Malapitan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Malapitan throws a nice looking combination but Rolla bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Rolla tries to clinch up but Malapitan circles away and keeps his distance. Rolla tries to clinch up and Malapitan counters with a single leg into guard. Rolla didn't expect that. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Malapitan stops Rolla from standing up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Malapitan passes into half guard. Rolla tries to get to full guard but Malapitan has control of the leg. Malapitan decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rolla moves in looking to clinch but Malapitan pushes him off. Malapitan misses with a wild combination.
Rolla darts in trying to clinch and Malapitan counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Malapitan. Rolla wants to stand but Malapitan is controlling the position. Malapitan trying to control but Rolla is working from the bottom. Rolla controlling the position. Rolla wants to sweep but no luck. Malapitan landing with the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rolla is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Rolla manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Malapitan has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Rolla has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Malapitan taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Rolla doesn't care though - he's delighted!

It looks like Trent Morgan has been cut. Morgan takes a swing at Wilhelm's ribcage but misses. Wilhelm keeps the fight on the outside. Morgan tries a head kick but it misses.

Morgan lands a jab to Wilhelm's midsection. Wilhelm connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Morgan's hands. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Morgan wants to clinch. Wilhelm takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wilhelm walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Morgan drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Wilhelm swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Morgan's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
