The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Tanic. No joy for Taggart on that attempt. Taggart checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Taggart misses with the body kick and Tanic counters with a flying knee. Nice. Tanic misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Taggart checks a low kick from Tanic. Taggart clinches up with Tanic and pushes him back against the cage. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Tanic as Taggart tries to tie him up. Taggart misses with a short punch on the inside. Taggart avoids the elbow strike from Tanic, against the cage.

Thai Tanic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cole Taggart. Tanic fails in his attempt to clinch. Taggart misses with a head kick.

Tanic misses with a body kick. Tanic lands with a kick to the temple. Taggart shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tanic feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Taggart's calf. Taggart avoids the head kick by Tanic.
Taggart misses with a body kick. Taggart moves into the clinch. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tanic lands an elbow inside that Taggart shrugs off. Taggart with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

That was a close round but I would say that Thai Tanic will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Tanic tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Taggart has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Tanic. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tanic throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Taggart tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Tanic with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Thai Tanic dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Tanic swats away the attempt to clinch by Taggart. Good work by Tanic as he checks the leg kick. Taggart tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tanic swats him away and circles back towards the center. Taggart waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Tanic. Taggart throws a solid leg kick but Tanic takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Taggart. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Taggart checks a leg kick. Tanic will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Taggart's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Tanic tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Taggart was well out of range. Poor timing from Tanic. Taggart throws a body kick that misses and Tanic counters with an outside leg kick.

Taggart's jab looks to have found its range, popping Tanic under the eye. Tanic throws a head kick that misses. Tanic throws a sloppy head kick and Taggart moves out of range easily. Taggart takes a kick to the side of the head. Tanic tries a low kick but Taggart avoids it. Taggart closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Tanic did well to prevent Taggart getting side control. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Taggart is looking for a kimura here.

Taggart is looking to advance position but Tanic has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tanic controlling the position easily from mount. Taggart tries to get back to half guard but can't. Taggart tries to hold on but Tanic postures up. Tanic sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

We're going to have a standup here because Thai Tanic wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Taggart checks the leg kick nicely there.

Thai Tanic is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Tanic misses with an elbow strike.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Thai Tanic. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tanic, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Freeman sizes up Punchy with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Freeman is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Punchy's half guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Freeman in particular looking to stall. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Freeman is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Punchy wants to improve his position but Freeman is controlling well.
Freeman is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Punchy still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Punchy has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Punchy trying to control but Freeman is working from the bottom. Freeman is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Freeman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Punchy. Freeman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Punchy pinned against the cage. Punchy gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Freeman shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Punchy regains full guard. Nicely done. Punchy looking to hit a scissor sweep but Freeman is one step ahead there. Punchy trying to keep a closed guard but Freeman is proving a slippery customer.

Freeman drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Punchy manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Freeman has Punchy in his guard. Freeman had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Punchy defends it easily. Freeman controls Punchy momentarily but Punchy frees himself.

Punchy throws a big elbow that misses. Punchy advances position into side control!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Warne connects with a good right hand that stumbles Turbitt. Turbitt circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Warne tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Turbitt was well out of range. Poor timing from Warne. Warne connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Warne scores with a hook to the body. Turbitt takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Turbitt gets caught napping as Warne dives in and scores a takedown. Turbitt manages to retain guard. Warne is looking to stand up but Turbitt won't let him. Warne trying to control but Turbitt is working from the bottom. Warne is stalling in the full guard. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Churchill lands a nice looking kick to the body. Nibbles takes a step back to recover. Nibbles looks for a takedown but Churchill sprawls well. Nibbles closes this distance looking for a takedown but Churchill circles away. Churchill connects with a solid leg kick. Nibbles avoids the head kick by Churchill.
Nibbles shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Clive Churchill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Milk Nibbles. Nibbles doesn't succeed with the takedown and Churchill makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Nibbles with a poor takedown and Churchill counters with a flying knee. Nice. Nibbles pushes Churchill against the cage but Churchill circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Nibbles doesn't succeed with the takedown and Churchill makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Churchill lands a nice leg kick that just misses Nibbles's sensitive parts. Nibbles takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
No luck with that takedown attempt from Nibbles. Churchill connects with an inside leg kick. Churchill lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Churchill feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Nibbles's calf.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nibbles throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Churchill's waist but Churchill gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nibbles off to one side. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Churchill scoring well with a low kick there.
Churchill connects with a solid leg kick. Nibbles looks winded! Nibbles takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Nibbles takes a kick to the side of the head. Nibbles fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. A slapping body kick lands there for Churchill. Churchill lands with a kick to the ribs.

Nibbles crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Churchill - the referee stops the clock and Nibbles gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Churchill. Nibbles manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Churchill chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Nibbles is trying desperately to land a takedown but Churchill is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Nibbles. Churchill cracks the inside of Nibbles's front leg. Churchill connects with a solid leg kick. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Churchill feints and then cracks Nibbles's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Nibbles down. Churchill throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Nibbles's head.

Churchill lands a leg kick that knocks Nibbles off balance momentarily. Nibbles has his takedown stuffed and Churchill counters with a good, hard body kick but Nibbles shrugs it off. Nibbles takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Churchill throws a quick inside leg kick. Churchill lands a nice leg kick that just misses Nibbles's sensitive parts. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Churchill lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Churchill fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Nibbles has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Nibbles on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Churchill thumps Nibbles with a low kick. Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Nibbles might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Churchill has got the better of the exchanges. Churchill throws a leg kick which misses Nibbles's front leg but catches the back leg as Nibbles tries to avoid it. Churchill fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. Nibbles is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Churchill fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Nibbles is still on wobbly legs! Can Churchill finish him?
