Cassano lands a big head kick that sends Silva tumbling to the mat! Cassano takes a step backwards and waves Silva back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Oneil clobbers Springer with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Oneil tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Springer manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Springer lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Po throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Oooooh!!! Po has knocked Green down with a huge combo! Po steps away and waves a wobbly Green back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Nice sprawl there from Po as Green shoots in.
Po feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Green crashing to the mat! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A thudding body kick lands there by Margera!
Margera avoids the body shot from Sotto Jr.
Sotto Jr throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sotto Jr is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Margera.
Sotto Jr throws a chopping leg kick but Margera manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Sotto Jr throws a lazy right hand but Margera sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Margera lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Sotto Jr has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Sotto Jr and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Sotto Jr on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Margera throws a leg kick which misses Sotto Jr's front leg but catches the back leg as Sotto Jr tries to avoid it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bam Margera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Margera fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sotto Jr manages to avoid it.

Sotto Jr throws a solid leg kick but Margera takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Sotto Jr.

Margera uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sotto Jr.

Margera pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Margera throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Margera lands with a right hand.
Sotto Jr moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Margera throws a sloppy head kick and Sotto Jr moves out of range easily.
Sotto Jr throws a hook to the side of Margera's head but Margera sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Margera connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Sotto Jr! He's out on his feet! Margera rushes in and drops Sotto Jr with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!

Bam Margera is the new lightweight champion!
Bam Margera really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Reaper Combatwear logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
