As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Saurus dodges an elbow strike from Hua.
Saurus misses with a punch to the body.
Hua comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Hua misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Saurus.
Hua looks to throw an elbow but misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close fourth round but I would say that Xiao Hua will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!


Hua tries to close the distance and clinch up but Saurus swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Hua missing with a left hand there. Saurus was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Saurus connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hua's hands.
Hua fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Hua on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Saurus shoots and misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Hua looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Hua uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Saurus.
Hua connects with a high kick.
Saurus lands with a nice body punch.
Saurus throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Saurus tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hua was well out of range. Poor timing from Saurus.
Hua slips a straight right by Saurus.
Hua throws a front kick that sends Saurus stumbling back into the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hua lands an overhand right.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hua connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Saurus momentarily.
Saurus tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Saurus takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Hua tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Saurus takes a swing at Hua's ribcage but misses.
Saurus swings for the body but Hua moves out of range.

and Saurus counters with a takedown into side control.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
You can see the frustration on Hua's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Both of our modern day gladiators look out of it here - an gruelling 5 rounds of action taking it's toll on them, no doubt.
Hua looks to move to half guard but instead Saurus has passed into mount! Damn!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hua is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Saurus postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hua looks a forlorn figure.

Saurus quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Saurus but it's paid off an Hua is forced to tap! Nice work by Saurus.
