4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shane Warne! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sathington Willoughby! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Skip Squint and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Willoughby with a poor takedown letting Warne counter with a right hand. Warne smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Warne lands a nice shot to the body.
Willoughby doesn't succeed with the takedown and Warne counters with a straight right hand. Warne throws a nice outside leg kick. Willoughby looking for a takedown here - he's got it. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Willoughby has gone for a leg lock! Warne slips out almost immediately though and dives into Willoughby's guard. Warne scoring with punches to the head and body. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Willoughby controls Warne momentarily but Warne frees himself. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Willoughby looking for a guillotine here but Warne defends easily.

That's one minute gone in the round. Warne trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Warne postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Warne is looking to work some ground and pound but Willoughby has wrist control. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Willoughby can do anything to dispel that myth. Willoughby has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Warne can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Warne loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Warne won't allow Willoughby to sweep him here. Warne postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Warne won't allow Willoughby to get back to his feet.

Still in half guard, Warne seems content to control. Warne is looking to take a break and control but Willoughby is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Warne connects with a nice short shot to Willoughby's temple. You can see the frustration on Willoughby's face as Warne controls the position. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Willoughby utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Warne content to stall in guard here. Warne wants to control from the top but Willoughby keeps moving. Shane Warne overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Willoughby seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Willoughby is looking for a triangle here but Warne uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Trent Punchy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cole Taggart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Punchy might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Trent From Punchy. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Taggart takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Taggart wants to land a leg kick but Punchy is out of range. Punchy avoids the body shot from Taggart.

Punchy moves away and avoids it. Punchy takes one on the button. Taggart misses with a looping right. Trent Punchy has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Taggart works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Taggart pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Taggart misses with a looping left. A chopping leg kick lands by Punchy. Punchy avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Taggart lands a glancing blow to the side of Punchy's head. Punchy bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Punchy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Punchy takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Punchy scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Taggart misses with a left hand and Punchy counters with a thumping low kick. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A head kick misses from Punchy. Taggart rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Taggart takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Taggart cracks Punchy with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Punchy moves out of range of the strikes. Punchy tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Taggart throws a lazy uppercut
and Punchy counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Taggart moves out of range of the body kick. Taggart throws out a loose jab but Punchy uses good head movement to avoid it.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Cole Taggart. Well Taggart has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Freeman misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Tanic throws a nice inside leg kick. Freeman fails to land with a series of punches.
Tanic lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Freeman looks winded! Tanic lands a big head kick that sends Freeman tumbling to the mat! Tanic takes a step backwards and waves Freeman back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Turbitt is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lowey circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Turbitt to the canvas! Turbitt doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Lowey keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dawson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Nibbles. Nice cross by Dawson. Dawson scores with a jab to the head.
Dawson lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Nibbles shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dawson as he jumps to the side. Nibbles darts in trying to clinch and Dawson counters with a straight right hand. Nibbles takes a body punch but keeps moving. Nibbles takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dawson scores with a jab to the body. Dawson connects with a single shot there. Dawson punishes Nibbles's body with a nice straight punch. Nibbles avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round. Nibbles walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Nibbles takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Dawson scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Nibbles tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dawson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nibbles somewhat. Dawson getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Nibbles is rocked! Nibbles fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Tony Dawson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Milk Nibbles. Dawson lands a slapping body shot.
Nibbles shoots in but no luck this time. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dawson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Nibbles stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. A solid leg kick lands there for Dawson.
Nibbles drives through with a takedown into Dawson's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Dawson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Nibbles!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dawson tries to control but Nibbles wriggling away. Dawson takes his opponent's back. Perhaps a chance to lock up a rear naked choke here.

Dawson is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Nibbles has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Dawson has the hooks in. Nibbles is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Nibbles manages to reverse the position and now he's in Dawson's guard. Nice work there by Nibbles.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Nibbles lands a couple of decent looking shots. Dawson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Nibbles is one step ahead there. Dawson is working hard here to advance position. Nibbles thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Nibbles wants to pass the guard but Dawson is keeping the position. Nibbles passes Dawson's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Nibbles is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Dawson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Nibbles. Dawson wants to control but Nibbles is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dawson is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Nibbles is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Nibbles sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Dawson defending well though. Nibbles trying to pass the guard but Dawson defending well. Dawson kicks off Nibbles and gets to his feet. Nibbles wants to clinch. Dawson misses with a body kick. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Nibbles gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Dawson counters with a left and a right that stings Nibbles. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nibbles closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tony Dawson dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Nibbles shoots in looking for a takedown. Dawson tries to sprawl out of it but Nibbles keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dawson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Nibbles tries to clinch up and Dawson counters by clinching up. Nibbles goes for a takedown in the clinch but Dawson prevents it.
Nibbles jumps guard but Dawson turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Tony Dawson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Milk Nibbles. Dawson lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Nibbles backwards. Dawson breaks the clinch.
Dawson throws a leg kick which misses Nibbles's front leg but catches the back leg as Nibbles tries to avoid it. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Dawson.
Tony Dawson is winning the standup battle so far. Nibbles shoots in for a takedown but Dawson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Nibbles shoots in and drives through. Dawson sprawls well. Nibbles takes a jab right on the kisser.

Nibbles changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dawson fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Nibbles is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Dawson. Dawson connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. A cross from Dawson lands. Nibbles is still on wobbly legs! Can Dawson finish him? Dawson dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Nibbles dives in and grabs Dawson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dawson pushes down on Nibbles's head and hops out. Dawson punishes Nibbles's body with a nice straight punch. Nibbles seems to have recovered his senses. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dawson connects with a solid leg kick. The crowd cheers as Dawson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Nibbles doesn't seem phased though. Nibbles shoots in looking for a takedown. Dawson tries to sprawl out of it but Nibbles keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dawson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Nibbles is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dawson connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. A slapping leg kick lands for Dawson.

Nibbles gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Nibbles tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Dawson is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Nibbles buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Nibbles!! Nibbles is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Dawson throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
