The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parada shoots in looking for a takedown. Alba tries to sprawl out of it but Parada keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Alba manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Parada drops back, looking for a kneebar! Alba looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Alba looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Alba!
Parada manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Parada wants to control but Alba is keeping busy.
Parada tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Alba has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Parada tries to hold on but Alba postures up.

Parada working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Alba doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Parada is tightening it up a little... Alba has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Alba reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Alba taps out! nice BJJ there by Parada!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dean bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign!
Brinehall can't do much from the bottom here.
Dean trying to control the position but Brinehall is working away.
Brinehall is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Dean wants to control but Brinehall is keeping him busy.
