The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tanner throws a right and a left that Hughes avoids nicely. Tanner looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Hughes misses with a hook. Tanner misses with a combination
and Hughes counters with a lovely straight right hand! Tanner misses with a double jab
and Hughes cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. A telegraphed right hand from Hughes misses the target. Tanner uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hughes. Tanner throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Tanner takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tanner takes a jab right on the kisser.
Tanner is rocked! Hughes fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Tanner out cold! Brutal finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Basra lands a slapping body shot.
Andersson dives in and grabs Basra's left leg, looking for a takedown. Basra pushes down on Andersson's head and hops out. Andersson avoids a kick to the body.
Basra misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Andersson.
Andersson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Basra's waist but Basra gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Andersson off to one side. Andersson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Basra tries to avoid it but Andersson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Basra to the ground. Basra escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jonas Andersson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Basra connects with a right hand. Andersson shakes it off. Jonas Andersson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Basra throws a series of punches but Andersson moves out of range. Andersson dives in and grabs Basra's left leg, looking for a takedown. Basra pushes down on Andersson's head and hops out. Andersson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Andersson wants to clinch. Left hook, right uppercut from Basra. Andersson tries for a takedown but Basra circles away easily and Basra counters with a lovely shot to the body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Basra moves into the clinch successfully.
Basra throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Andersson blocks it with crossed arms. Basra blocking some punches.

Basra leaves Andersson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Andersson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Basra but Basra pushes him off and we're back to square one. Andersson is looking to clinch but Basra is avoiding it.
Basra sizes up Andersson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Andersson shoots in looking for a takedown but Basra manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Andersson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Andersson with a poor takedown and Basra counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Andersson is breathing heavily. Andersson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Basra swivels and escapes. Basra keeps Andersson at a distance using the push kick. Basra wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. A combination from Basra does no damage. Basra thuds a left hand into Andersson's body. Basra is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Andersson rather than just go for the knockout. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Basra ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Basra moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Basra scores with a one two! Andersson had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Talon scores with a push kick. A solid body kick from Talon. Talon pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Conners back to the cage. Talon follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Brian Conners has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Talon gets a clinch. Talon using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Conners has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Talon working Conners over with knees to the body. Conners is breathing heavily. Talon lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Talon tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Talon lands a nice knee to the body. Talon jerks Conners's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Conners drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Talon goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Talon because Conners was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

Bergasmarchi shoots in and drives through. Saaki sprawls well. Saaki fails with the takedown and Bergasmarchi counters with a shoot takedown. Saaki fights it but they end up in guard. No, Bergasmarchi has managed to get both his arms back between Saaki's legs - danger averted. Saaki throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Bergasmarchi escapes and throws Saaki's legs to the side, diving into side control! Bergasmarchi moves into full mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Bergasmarchi prevents Saaki from getting the reversal. Saaki regains half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bergasmarchi trying to control the action but Saaki is working from the bottom. Bergasmarchi uses his free foot to push down on Saaki's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Saaki. Bergasmarchi controlling the position easily from mount. Poor strikes thrown by Bergasmarchi there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Briggs tries to clinch but Zajtsev moves out of range. Zajtsev throws a series of punches but Briggs moves out of range. Briggs ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Zajtsev on the wrong end of a nice jab. Zajtsev throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Zajtsev circles away from the clinch attempt.
Briggs throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Zajtsev. Briggs slips under a jab from Zajtsev. Briggs works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Briggs rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Zajtsev moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Zajtsev misses with a double jab
and Briggs counters with a stiff right hand. Zajtsev misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sloppy strikes from Zajtsev. Those never looked like landing. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A telegraphed right hand from Zajtsev misses the target. Briggs keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

That's one minute gone in the round. Zajtsev has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Briggs taking a breather. Zajtsev looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Briggs landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Nice elbow from Briggs. Briggs lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Zajtsev tries to break free but Briggs pushes him back against the cage. Briggs manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Zajtsev pulls guard effortlessly. Zajtsev looking to hit a scissor sweep but Briggs is one step ahead there. Zajtsev trying to control the position.
Briggs chips away with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Briggs drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Briggs jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Briggs stands up from Zajtsev's guard - Briggs perhaps looking for a knockout. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A shot to the body from Zajtsev misses and Briggs counters with a head kick. That will keep Zajtsev thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Zajtsev is rocked! Briggs gets in close and instigates a clinch. Oh Zajtsev is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A shot in the inside from Briggs. Zajtsev can't break the clinch.
Briggs lands with a short shot to the head. Briggs creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Zajtsev with a big uppercut! Zajtsev tries to clinch up but Briggs pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Zajtsev to the mat! Zajtsev covers up and Briggs unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. King takes a swing at Norris's ribcage but misses. King works the jab nicely. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Norris throws a combination but it was largely blocked by King. Norris paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Nice uppercut lands for Norris. That snapped King's head back.

And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Chuck Norris. Well Norris has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Burton throws the left hand but Dragon avoids the punch easily. Dragon staying out of range there. Burton misses with a wild body shot. Burton closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Don Dragon has been cut. Dragon misses with a body shot.
Dragon misses with a body kick. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Burton lands an overhand right. Burton stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Burton throws a right hand that Dragon ducks under and follows up with a left that Dragon also avoids with ease. Dragon walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. and Dragon counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Stan Burton is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Dragon shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Burton manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Dragon throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Dragon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Dragon is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dragon trying to control but Burton is working from the bottom. Burton managing to control the position.

Dragon tries for a takedown but Burton sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Don Dragon. That's going to take a lot out of him. Burton throws a looping overhand right but Dragon ducks down to avoid it. A solid leg kick lands there for Dragon.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sloppy strikes from Burton. Those never looked like landing. Dragon scores with a slapping inside leg kick. That kick from Dragon tenderised Burton's leg. Burton is trying to keep his angry face on. Burton takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Dragon goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Dragon lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Dragon catches Burton napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Burton to the canvas!
Dragon controls from within his opponent's guard. Burton is trying to control the position but Dragon postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dragon is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Dragon misses with a low kick. Burton tries to clinch but Dragon moves out of range. Dragon connects with a leg kick. Burton looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Burton avoids a lazy jab quite easily. A big left from Burton misses. A solid body kick from Dragon. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Dragon lands with an overhand left. Dragon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Burton. A jab from Burton misses. Dragon connects with a solid leg kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Don Dragon dominated that round. The cut man is working on Don Dragon's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Dragon passes Burton's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Dragon sitting and controlling from the half guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Burton can do anything to dispel that myth. Dragon works his foot free and advances to mount. Burton taking shots to the head. Dragon lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Burton is in all sorts of trouble here.
Dragon loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Burton scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Dragon land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Dragon stands and salutes the crowd.
