Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Frederick Lachance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddy Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lachance might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Saw Theme. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Thomas looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Lachance is trying to control but can't.
Thomas not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Thomas is looking for a kimura here.
Lachance avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Thomas.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lachance is looking for a sweep. Thomas is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Lachance pushes Thomas off looking to stand but Thomas dives back in and keeps control.
Lachance is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lachance is looking to control Thomas's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Lachance avoid being mounted?

Wallin is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Gavilan is keeping busy.

Gavilan is looking to slow Wallin down with leg kicks.
Wallin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gavilan swats him away and circles back towards the center.

That was a close round but I would say that Linus Wallin will probably get the nod.

Oh Wallin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wallin tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gavilan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wallin somewhat.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Gavilan, right into the meat.
Wallin tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Wallin has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Gavilan.
Gavilan connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Wallin has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Gavilan.
That kick from Gavilan tenderised Wallin's leg. Wallin is trying to keep his angry face on.
Gavilan thumps Wallin with a low kick.
Gavilan lands a brutal head kick. Wallin looks out on his feet and Gavilan throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Geoff Sanburg.
