West throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Cruz's jaw, knocking him onto his back! West dives in looking to finish as Cruz flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block West's strikes! West is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Cruz's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Cruz was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

The Snake throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mageramsky stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

The Snake lands a left and a right that send Mageramsky crashing to the mat, dazed. The Snake thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Mageramsky looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
The Snake connects with a good right hand that stumbles Mageramsky. Mageramsky circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mageramsky get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Mageramsky stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but The Snake runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
