Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yuri Kharlamov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Highsmith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kharlamov's entrance music is Into the Mouth of Hell we March. A fine choice. Yuri Kharlamov had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. On his way into the cage it seems that Yuri Kharlamov has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Yuri Kharlamov seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boooooom throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mir.
The fighters circling - Boooooom throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Mir displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Boooooom throws out the jab.
