Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Godfrey Ibelin!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Sosuke Kotani and Tatsuya Matsuyama.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baker is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Baker throws a wild body kick that Ibelin sees coming a mile off.

Baker closes the distance and clinches.

Baker jumps into guard, dragging Ibelin to the mat.

Baker has his feet on Ibelin's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Ibelin digs a good body shot into Baker's ribs.

Ibelin lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Baker closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Ibelin's guard.

Baker decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Baker throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ibelin's waist but Ibelin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Baker off to one side.

Ibelin's corner calls for a 1-2. Ibelin obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Baker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Baker tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ibelin swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Baker takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

That's time! Baker's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Baker feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Ibelin is wriggling around but Baker manages to pass to half guard.

I think Ibelin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Reilly finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Mills's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Reilly falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
