The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herzog changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Trampling tries to avoid it but Herzog manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Trampling to the ground. Trampling escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Trampling throws a right hand that Herzog ducks under and follows up with a left that Herzog also avoids with ease.
Herzog misses with a double jab.
Trampling getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Herzog shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Trampling scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Herzog had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Trampling defends it easily.
