I think Jenova might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Pink Floyd - Money. Brown has chosen Invincible by Machine Gun Kelly as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown misses with a wild combination.
Jenova with a lazy takedown attempt and Brown counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Holy Jenova has been cut. Brown misses with a double jab.
Jenova shoots in for a takedown but Brown shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Jenova will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Holy Jenova. That's going to take a lot out of him. No luck with that takedown attempt from Jenova. Jenova looks to land a right hand but Brown moved out of range. Brown slaps away a takedown attempt from Jenova, before circling back to the center of the mat. Brown misses with a body shot.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it! No luck for Jenova with that takedown attempt. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Brown scores with a jab to the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jenova goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Jenova avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Brown takes a swing at Jenova's ribcage but misses. No luck for Jenova with that takedown attempt. A left lands for Brown. Jenova fails to land the takedown. Jenova misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Brown looks to land a left hand but Jenova moved out of range nicely. A swing and a miss from Brown. Jenova fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Brown, pushing him back against the cage. Brown jumps guard but Jenova stands there with Brown around his waist. Brown gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Brown tries to pull guard but Jenova holds him up against the cage and eventually Brown drops back down to his feet.

Jenova makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Jenova digs a right hand underneath Brown's ribcage. Brown let out a lung full of air as it connected. Brown looks winded! Brown takes a shot to the head. Jenova lands with a right to the head. Jenova lands a shot to the body. Jenova presses Brown against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Jenova lands with a light punch inside. Brown takes a shot to the head. Jenova lands a left hand that snaps the head of Brown backwards. Jenova tries to work over Brown's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Jenova lands with a left to the head. Jenova scores with a shot to the side of Brown's head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jenova creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Brown's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Brown drops to his knees and Jenova pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Holy Jenova! A relieved looking Holy Jenova thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Thompson clobbers Jones with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Thompson gets tackled into the cage by Jones. Jones maintains the clinch. Jones scores a nice knee to the body.

Jones breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jones avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Jones fails in his attempt to clinch. Thompson throws a low kick, looking for Jones's leg but Jones calmly moves out of range. Thompson shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Thompson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jones closes the distance and clinches up with Thompson, looking for a takedown. Jones pushes Thompson against the cage but Thompson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Thompson pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Jones back to the cage. Thompson follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Thompson throws a leg kick but Jones checks it. Thompson scores with a jab to the head.

Thompson throws a right hand that Jones ducks under and follows up with a left that Jones also avoids with ease. Jones takes the fight into the clinch. Jones unloads a knee to the mid-section. Thompson lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Jones is trying to stall.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that James Jones will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Thompson tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Thompson to the ground. Thompson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Thompson lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Jones goes down and covers up as Thompson starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!

Green wants to pass the guard but Tenorio is keeping the position. Green stays in close to Tenorio's body and controls the position. Tenorio is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Green is controlling him.

The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Tenorio tries to buck Green off so he can stand up but Green has got his back now - this could be big trouble! He's slapped on a rear naked choke that looks really tight! Tenorio falls backwards, slamming Green to the mat but Green holds on tight! Tenorio is forced to tap and this one is all over!

Lee wants to get back to his feet but Morales is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Morales throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Morales content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Morales prevents Lee from getting back to his feet. Lee trying to strike off his back.
Morales wants to control from the top but Lee keeps moving. Morales chips away with some ground and pound. Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Morales and the ref steps in to end the fight! Morales can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from The Turk in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. The Turk lands a nice looking body kick. Zarkov closes the distance looking to clinch and The Turk counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Barret The Turk seems to be getting the better of the standup. Zarkov tries to clinch but The Turk moves away and The Turk counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! The Turk looks at the referee who does nothing so The Turk lands a crushing right that sends Zarkov to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kosarev misses with a body kick. Kosarev throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Karelin. Kosarev with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Kosarev takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Kosarev pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Karelin digs a good hook to Kosarev's body.
Kosarev is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Karelin has cracked Kosarev with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Karelin lands another huge swinging hook and Kosarev tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Kosarev, before Karelin can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Aleksanteri Karelin! After winning the bout, Aleksanteri Karelin thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hirvi closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Hirvi tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hirvi working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Call wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
That's one minute gone in the round. Hirvi has an Americana. Call didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Hirvi is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Hirvi hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Asashoryu lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Kohalic moves out of range as Asashoryu strikes. Asashoryu throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kohalic on the side of the head. Asashoryu throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kohalic counters with a nice double leg into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Asashoryu keeping full guard, as Kohalic tries to pass. Kohalic trying to control but Asashoryu is working from the bottom. Gouken looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Gouken lands a big head kick that sends Copeland tumbling to the mat! Gouken takes a step backwards and waves Copeland back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Nick Copeland has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nice body kick from Gouken. Oh Copeland is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Gouken tries to clinch but Copeland moves out of range. Copeland will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Gouken throws a quick inside leg kick. Copeland seems to have got his legs back now. Gouken slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Gouken ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Copeland's jaw. Copeland's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Gouken does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
