That was a close round but I would say that Josh Barnett will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

and King counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

King feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Barnett here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Barnett takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Josh Barnett.
King tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Barnett swivels and escapes.
King changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Barnett tries to avoid it but King manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Barnett to the ground. Barnett escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Josh Barnett has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Armor King.
King wants to clinch but Barnett slips to the side
and Barnett counters with a left and a right that stings King.
King takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Barnett lands a jab.
Barnett looks for a takedown but King sprawls well.
Barnett throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and King counters with a flying knee. Nice.

Barnett fails with a takedown attempt.
No luck for King with that takedown attempt.

King goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Barnett gets in close and instigates a clinch.
King is trying to break free.

King pulls guard effortlessly.

Barnett stands and steps away. King gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

King shoots in for a takedown but Barnett shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Barnett closes this distance looking for a takedown but King circles away.
King throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Barnett moves into the clinch successfully.
King looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
A frustrated look appears on King's face as he tries to break the clinch.

King successfully pulls guard.
Barnett pushes down on King's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
King has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Barnett is working away from the top position though.
