The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in looking for a takedown. Mclane tries to sprawl out of it but Silva keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mclane manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Silva looks for a takedown but Mclane sprawls well.
Silva walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Mclane really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kron has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kron and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Kron shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Kane napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The referee asks Kron politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Kron prefers to stall for the moment though.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!


A big left from Kron misses.
Kane feints a jab promting Kron to slip. Kane then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Kron slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Kron shoots in and drives through. Kane sprawls well.

Kron looks up at the clock and then as Kane takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Kron smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Kane wants to get back to his feet but Kron drags him back down.
Kron has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Kane!

Kron is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Kane's half guard.
Still in half guard, Kron seems content to control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
