1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mike Durham! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Albert Achterberg.

Durham shoots and misses enabling Cole to counter with a crisp jab.

That will dishearten Durham somewhat. Vincent Cole has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Durham. Durham tries for a takedown but Cole circles away easily
and Cole counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Durham! Durham bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Durham throws a big elbow that misses. Cole keeping moving, preventing Durham from controlling successfully. Durham tries to free his leg and advance position but Cole is retaining full guard. Cole looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Cole on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Cole tries to get out of the position. Durham stops Cole from standing up.
Durham drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Durham jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Durham stops Cole from standing up.

Durham trying to control the position from guard on top but Cole is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Durham pushes down on Cole's leg and manages to get into half guard. Durham moves into full mount! Cole won't be happy about that! Cole is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Durham looking for a guillotine from mount but Cole is having none of it. Cole has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Durham is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Cole has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Durham has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Cole taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Durham doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Mike Durham!

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Renji Narakura! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.

and Bator counters with a shoot takedown. Narakura fights it but they end up in guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Narakura trying to keep a closed guard but Bator is proving a slippery customer.
Bator pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Narakura is keeping the position for now. Bator trying to control the position from guard on top but Narakura is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bator stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Narakura swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bator won't allow Narakura to sweep him here. Bator slips nicely into half guard. Bator slows the pace down in half guard. Bator really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Narakura wants to control but Bator is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Bator is working for a submission of some sort.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Narakura is looking for a sweep. Bator is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Bator is looking for a kimura but Narakura is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Bator to get the leverage. Narakura trying to control from the bottom.
Bator looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Narakura looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Ulan Bator has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Renji Narakura. Narakura gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Bator counters with a shoot takedown. Narakura fights it but they end up in guard.

Bator trying to control but Narakura is working from the bottom. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Narakura tries to strike from the bottom.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Narakura can do anything to dispel that myth. Narakura looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bator is one step ahead there. Narakura wants to stand but Bator is controlling the position. Narakura looks winded! Bator stays in close to Narakura's body and controls the position. Bator will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Bator is working for a guillotine from mount but Narakura frees his head quite easily.

Bator has hold of Narakura's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Narakura manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Bator looking for a guillotine from mount but Narakura is having none of it. Narakura tries to hold on but Bator pushes him away. Bator controlling from mount. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bator avoids the attempt from Narakura to control. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bator prevents Narakura from getting the reversal. Narakura is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Bator sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ulan Bator dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Narakura works his way to full guard. Good work. Narakura can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bator controls the pace. Bator trying to control but Narakura is working from the bottom.

Bator closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Bator in side control, just content to control the action for now. Bator is looking to take a break and control but Narakura is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Narakura is letting Bator control him for a moment. Narakura struggling a bit here.

Bator wants to lay and pray for a moment but Narakura keeps working. What's Narakura going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle.

Bator working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Narakura is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Bator is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Narakura knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Narakura gets caught napping as Bator dives in and scores a takedown. Narakura manages to retain guard. Narakura wants to get back to his feet but Bator is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Narakura keeping moving, preventing Bator from controlling successfully. Narakura manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Bator gets back to half guard.
Bator actively working from the bottom here. Ulan Bator overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Narakura lands with a punch from half guard.

Bator is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Narakura is aware though and is defending well. Bator looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Narakura postures up in Bator's guard and throws a big left but Bator blocks it.
Bator working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Narakura doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Narakura manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Narakura accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Ulan Bator is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Bator is controlling Narakura's posture. Bator is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Narakura loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

O Doherty throws a right and a left that both miss. Rosa slips a jab from O Doherty. O Doherty throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rosa shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with O Doherty but O Doherty pushes him off and we're back to square one. Rosa doesn't manage to clinch there - O Doherty circles away.
Rosa closes this distance looking for a takedown but O Doherty circles away. O Doherty will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

O Doherty thows a body shot but no joy. Rosa will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. O Doherty throws out a loose jab but Rosa uses good head movement to avoid it. Rosa slips under a jab. Rosa takes a swing at O Doherty's ribcage but misses.

O Doherty cracks a nice hook into Rosa's ribs. O Doherty throws a right hand that Rosa ducks under and follows up with a left that Rosa also avoids with ease. O Doherty lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rosa circles away quickly and effectively. O Doherty throws a combination that misses and Rosa counters with a leg kick. Mickey O Doherty seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. O Doherty scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Rosa gets cracked with a nice right hand there by O Doherty. Jab, jab by O Doherty - just one landing. A combination from O Doherty does no damage. O Doherty scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. O Doherty is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rosa. O Doherty misses with a straight right. O Doherty scores with a body shot.

Rosa tries to bum rush O Doherty with a series of wild strikes but O Doherty uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Rosa fails with a takedown attempt. Rosa is breathing heavily. Rosa gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Rosa shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts O Doherty as he jumps to the side. Rosa will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Rosa moves out of range of the strikes. Rosa shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with O Doherty but O Doherty pushes him off and we're back to square one. O Doherty throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rosa stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! O Doherty rushes Rosa with punches - Rosa moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Rosa goes down! O Doherty follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mickey O Doherty! Mickey O Doherty spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

Hagg is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Rymes trying to control from half guard but Hagg is working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lemmy Rymes dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Rymes wants the takedown. Hagg is fighting it off but Rymes persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Hagg's guard against the cage. Hagg looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rymes is one step ahead there.
Hagg is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Rymes defends well. Rymes scoring with some ground and pound. Lemmy Rymes overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Rymes loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Rymes stands and steps away. Hagg gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Rymes avoids a kick to the body.
Hagg tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rymes sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hagg somewhat.

Rymes takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Rymes missing with the ground and pound from half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Rymes decides to stand up. Horrible takedown by Rymes or perhaps it was just good defense by Hagg which made him look bad. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hagg darts in and clinches Rymes up against the cage. Rymes is looking to break free of the clinch but Hagg has double underhooks. Hagg wants to take the fight to the mat but Rymes manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Rymes has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Hagg is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Come on Hagg - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Rymes turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Rymes trying to control the position but Hagg is working away. Hagg tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Rymes wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Hagg is trying to stand and escape here. He's got onto all fours but that's just let Rymes take his back! Uh oh - Rymes has got a rear naked choke here! Hagg is forced to tap! It's all over! One monent is all it takes in this sport!
