Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Damian Roshan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yo Hwan Lim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roshan kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Cranberries-Zombie. Damian Roshan has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
27 - 15 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Damian Roshan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yo Hwan Lim! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lim keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Roshan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lim tries to avoid it but Roshan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lim to the ground. Lim escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A looping hook to the body misses from Lim. Roshan does a little dance to reset his feet. Roshan lands with a good body shot. Roshan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lim circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Damian Roshan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Roshan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Lim to the mat! Lim manages to get full guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Roshan stands and throws Lim's legs to the side, diving into side control. Roshan working the ground and pound but Lim is defending the strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roshan lands an elbow. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Roshan is putting a hurting on Lim here, landing some big shots from side control. Roshan is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lim is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Roshan tries for a kimura but Lim is defending well. Roshan postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Lim is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Roshan looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Roshan controls the position from side control. Lim takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Roshan is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Lim has escaped the position, nice work there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lim regains half guard, as Roshan was trying to land strikes. Lim has one foot on Roshan's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Roshan blocks a low kick nicely. Roshan tries to clinch up but Lim circles away and keeps his distance. Lim throws a sloppy body shot
and Roshan counters into the clinch. Nicely done. A short uppercut from Lim. Lim prevents the takedown attempt.
Lim scores with a shot to the side of Roshan's head. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Roshan drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Lim. Lim is pressed up against the cage. Roshan has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Lim down to the mat. Lim avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Roshan will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Roshan has a takedown stuffed. Roshan looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Lim! Roshan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lim is trying to get back to his feet but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Roshan counters with a nice double leg into guard. Roshan postures up in Lim's guard and throws a big left but Lim blocks it. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Roshan trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Lim tries to land a sweep but no joy. Lim is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Roshan defends well. Lim is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roshan working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Roshan stands and throws Lim's legs to the side, diving into side control. Lim tries to buck Roshan off but Roshan is having none of it. Roshan trying to control the position but Lim is working away. An elbow from Roshan crashes against the mat.
Roshan stands up. Roshan misses with a takedown attempt - Lim sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

and Roshan counters with a left to the body. Roshan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lim will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Roshan is trying hard to land a takedown here. Lim sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Lim walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Roshan shoots in for a takedown but Lim shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Damian Roshan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Roshan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lim circles away. Lim throws a big shot that misses. Lim misses with a hook. Roshan ducked under it nicely. Damian Roshan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Roshan shoots in for a takedown but Lim shows good takedown defense. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Roshan is defended easily by Lim. Roshan closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Lim's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lim preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Roshan trying to control the position from guard on top but Lim is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Roshan is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Lim is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Roshan slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lim pushes Roshan away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Roshan gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Damian Roshan dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Lim takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Lim moves out of range as Roshan throws a body kick.
Roshan tries for a takedown but Lim sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Lim stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lim wants it to stay on the feet. Lim connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Roshan's hands. Roshan fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Damian Roshan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Roshan looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lim throws out a loose jab but Roshan uses good head movement to avoid it. Roshan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lim sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Roshan somewhat. Lim looks to land a left hand but Roshan moved out of range nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Roshan. Roshan keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Lim. Roshan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lim swivels and escapes. Roshan shoots for a double leg takedown but Lim sprawls well. He's pushed Roshan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. No luck for Roshan with that takedown attempt. Roshan shoots in but Lim avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Roshan counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Roshan avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Yo Hwan Lim is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Lim dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Roshan. That did some damage! Roshan avoids the body shot from Lim.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Lim regains half guard, as Roshan was trying to land strikes. Roshan moves into full mount! Lim won't be happy about that! Roshan throws some wild stikes that Lim manages to avoid easily.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Roshan cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Roshan is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Lim has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Lim! Lim is standing up over Roshan. Roshan looks to escape but Lim dives into side control.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Damian Roshan. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Roshan, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Berglomi fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Berglomi lands with a kick to the temple. Paul shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" The fight moves into the clinch position. Berglomi manages to break the clinch.
Paul throws a sloppy head kick and Berglomi moves out of range easily. Paul shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Berglomi defends it nicely. Paul takes a jab right on the kisser.

Charles lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kiedis circles away quickly and effectively. Charles moves forwards but Kiedis connects with a nice, crisp jab.
