10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jose Barreto! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Seu Braga and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Torres takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Barreto feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Torres's calf. Torres lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Torres throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Torres checks a leg kick. An inside leg kick lands from Barreto. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Barreto throws a head kick that Torres semi-blocks.
Barreto buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Barreto lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Torres is breathing heavily. Barreto throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Barreto lunges at Torres with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Torres's hand. Jose Barreto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Barreto tries to score a power double leg takedown but Torres sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Barreto somewhat. Barreto dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Torres. That did some damage! A decent looking body kick lands there for Barreto. Nice straight punches there by Barreto. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Barreto. Barreto lands a head kick!
Barreto feints and then cracks Torres's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Torres down.
That's one minute gone in the round. Good leg kick by Barreto there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Barreto turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Barreto buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ouch! a nice leg kick from Barreto, right into the meat.

Barreto lands a head kick. Torres smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Barreto throws a head kick that Torres semi-blocks.
Torres is rocked! Barreto lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Torres crumples to the floor! Barreto milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Buttermaker shoots in but no luck this time. Esteves throws a right hand that Buttermaker ducks under and follows up with a left that Buttermaker also avoids with ease. Buttermaker avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Esteves throws a series of punches but Buttermaker moves out of range. Esteves connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Esteves connects with a body shot. Buttermaker is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Esteves lands a lovely overhand right. Esteves connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Buttermaker shoots in for a takedown but Esteves shows good takedown defense. Esteves sends Buttermaker crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Esteves is motioning to the referee to let Buttermaker up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Esteves punishes Buttermaker's body with a nice straight punch. Buttermaker falls to his knees and Esteves doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

D leaves Stevens with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Stevens looks to throw the jab but D is out of range. D tries to clinch but Stevens moves out of range. Stevens scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. D throws a front kick aimed at Stevens's knee but Stevens avoids it well. Stevens throws a leg kick and D counters with a stiff right hand. D tests Stevens's chin there with a solid looking shot. D throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Stevens lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Stevens scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Stevens misses the body punch letting D counter with a right hand.

And that's the end of the fight! Jank Stevens showed his dominance in that final round. Well D has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
