3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Daniel Alfredsson! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Lin. Alfredsson is looking to regain half guard here but Lin keeps moving and retains side control. Alfredsson sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Alfredsson is trying to control but can't.

Alfredsson might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Alfredsson lands a really nice looking cross but Lin seems unphased.

Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Faber thows a left - swing and a miss! Fairtex ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Faber moves away.

It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fairtex wants it to stay on the feet. A big right from Fairtex misses. Fairtex bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Faber shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Fairtex's guard. Faber trying to control but Fairtex is working from the bottom.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zietsch pivots, looking for a leg kick but Swayze is out of range and Zietsch settles back down. Swayze throws a leg kick but Zietsch checks it. Swayze's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Zietsch connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Swayze scrambles back to his feet. Swayze has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Zietsch finds it's way round the side to connect with Swayze's head. Zietsch throws a leg kick that misses. Swayze ducks under a wild hook from Zietsch. Swayze misses with a looping right. Swayze throws a solid leg kick but Zietsch takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Swayze. Zietsch pushes Swayze away with a front kick. Swayze looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Swayze has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Swayze and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Zietsch tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Swayze scores with a jab. Zietsch acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Zietsch ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Swayze moves away. Swayze is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Zietsch goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Swayze throws a sloppy head kick and Zietsch moves out of range easily. Zietsch throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Swayze keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Zietsch falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Swayze smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

Belmonte uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Johnson has time to react.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jeong throws a front kick aimed at Aquino's knee but Aquino avoids it well. Jeong throws a leg kick but Aquino moved away. Jeong closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Jeong is trying to control the action in half guard but Aquino is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jeong thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Jeong thows a huge punch but Aquino dodges it nicely.
Jeong seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Aquino does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Jeong will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Aquino is positioning himself well to prevent Jeong advancing to mount. Jeong seems to be working for a kimura but Aquino defends the submission attempt. Jeong frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Jeong wants to take Aquino's back but he can't do it this time.
