The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Finch shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jackson's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Green throws an elbow that misses. Moxon uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Green's guard. Nice move by Moxon!
Green is looking to sweep but instead, Moxon has passed into half guard.

Moxon looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Green has hold of Moxon's hands but Moxon slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
