Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rydolf Karel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Pacino Delegratti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karel kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hail Czech. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

10 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Rydolf Karel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Al Pacino Delegratti! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Hugh Johnson and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Delegratti misses with a straight right. Karel uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Delegratti. Delegratti fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Delegratti plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! A telegraphed right hand from Karel misses the target. Delegratti avoids the body shot from Karel.
Good exchange - Karel coming out on top. Karel lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Delegratti is looking to land body kicks. Delegratti shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Delegratti was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Delegratti throws a strike aimed at the side of Karel's head but Karel avoids it well. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Delegratti misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Delegratti trying to control the action but Karel is working from the bottom. Karel avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Delegratti.
That's one minute gone in the round. Karel is trying to control Delegratti's posture but Delegratti avoids it. Karel trying to remain calm as Delegratti controls from the top position. Karel is not content to let Delegratti control the position. Delegratti working the ground and pound but Karel is defending the strikes. Karel on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Karel tries to get out of the position. Sloppy strikes there by Delegratti. Karel parries the strikes from Delegratti easily there. Delegratti is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Karel to escape.
Delegratti misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Delegratti looking to control but instead Karel has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Karel wants to get back to full guard. Delegratti not landing any meaningful shots this time. Karel avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Delegratti. Delegratti throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Karel to regain full guard. Karel pulls Delegratti in to control the position. Delegratti throws an elbow that misses. Karel uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Delegratti's guard. Nice move by Karel! Karel controlling from the top position.

Rydolf Karel has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Delegratti pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Karel back to the cage. Delegratti follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Karel throws an overhand right that lands on Delegratti's shoulder, as Delegratti tries to avoid the shot. Delegratti moves into the clinch. Karel takes a shot to the head. Karel tries to score a body lock takedown but Delegratti shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Karel is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Delegratti is defending well. Karel gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Karel controlling the pace. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Karel looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Delegratti is not content to let Karel control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Al Pacino Delegratti will probably get the nod. That's time! Karel's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
The fighters circle momentarily. Karel darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Karel cracks Delegratti with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. A big left from Karel misses. Karel throws a right and a left that both miss. Rydolf Karel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Delegratti fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Karel, pushing him back against the cage. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Delegratti tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Karel's elbow. Karel has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Delegratti avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Karel has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Delegratti is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Delegratti has Karel pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Karel manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Karel wants to take the fight to the mat but Delegratti manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rydolf Karel. That's going to take a lot out of him. Karel drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Delegratti gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Karel has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ. Karel can't get the takedown.
That's one minute gone in the round. Delegratti has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Karel clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Delegratti tries to keep control of the position but Karel is staying busy. Delegratti throwing sloppy strikes. Karel looking very determined here, making life difficult for Delegratti.
Delegratti misses with a punch to the head. Delegratti throwing wild punches that miss their target. Delegratti throws a series of strikes and Karel wriggles onto his back, so he's now mounted. He's in real trouble here. Karel wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Delegratti.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Delegratti lands a heavy elbow. Karel is trying desperately to improve position. Delegratti throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Delegratti is landing with some decent strikes but Karel is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Delegratti pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Delegratti trying to control but Karel is having none of it. Karel is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Delegratti punching from mount but Karel doing a good job of avoiding damage. Delegratti misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Delegratti misses with a head shot. Delegratti sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Delegratti throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Karel is squirming around, avoiding Delegratti's attempts to control the action. Karel blocking the ground and pound. Al Pacino Delegratti showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

No joy there for Karel, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Karel stuffs the takedown attempt from Delegratti. Delegratti gets slowly back to his feet. Karel throws a hook but Delegratti avoids it easily. Some wild striking there from Karel.
Karel looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Karel is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Karel's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Delegratti is leaning against Karel and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Karel wants a takedown but no success here.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Delegratti trying to control the position from guard on top but Karel is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. No luck with that takedown attempt from Delegratti.

Delegratti should have avoided that one. Karel gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Delegratti engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Delegratti throws an elbow that misses. Karel uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Delegratti's guard. Nice move by Karel! Delegratti pulls Karel in to control the position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Siwon checks a leg kick. Dominatus throws a quick inside leg kick. No luck with that takedown attempt from Dominatus. Dominatus tries to clinch up but Siwon circles away and keeps his distance. Dominatus scores with a leg kick.
Dominatus shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Siwon but Siwon pushes him off and we're back to square one. Dominatus shoots for a double leg takedown but Siwon sprawls well. He's pushed Dominatus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Attero Dominatus. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dominatus tries to close the distance and clinch but Siwon swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Dominatus has managed to clinch.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Siwon gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Dominatus is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dominatus is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Siwon defends it well. Dominatus wants to free his trapped foot but Siwon is holding on for dear life with his legs. Siwon wants to improve his position but Dominatus is controlling well.

Dominatus is trying to control the action in half guard but Siwon is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Dominatus seems to be looking for submissions.

Siwon prevents a body shot from Dominatus. Siwon is trying to pull guard but Dominatus turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Attero Dominatus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Choi Siwon. With the fighters up against the cage, Dominatus throws an elbow but misses. Choi Siwon has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Attero Dominatus is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Dominatus is stalling here. Siwon is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Dominatus seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Siwon has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ngo trying to control but he's not successful this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ngo is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Ling to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Ling shrugs it off.

Titanus is badly hurt! Lockley pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Titanus tries desperately to hold on but Lockley is relentless in his assault! As Titanus receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Lockley away and this one is in the books!
