Suco throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Reem displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Suco throws out the jab.
Reem uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Suco.
Reem thows a body shot but no joy.
Suco tried to score with a low kick but Reem checks it.
Melvin Reem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Reem scores with a hook.
Suco connects with a good right hand that stumbles Reem. Reem circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

It looks like Melvin Reem has been cut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Are you kidding me?! Reem ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Suco clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!

After the fight, Melvin Reem was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Mustayne lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
