Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Max Schneider (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timmy O Sullivan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Schneider might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to LMFAO - One Day. O Sullivan has chosen DropKick Murphys - Loyal to no one as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Timmy O Sullivan! The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Colin Fray and Paul Gruel.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schneider ducks under a wild hook from O Sullivan. A telegraphed right hand from O Sullivan misses the target. O Sullivan throws a hook to the side of Schneider's head but Schneider sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. O Sullivan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Schneider.

O Sullivan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Schneider. O Sullivan throws a hook to the side of Schneider's head but Schneider sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Schneider takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. O Sullivan misses with an uppercut. Schneider saw that one coming. O Sullivan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Schneider manages to avoid it.
Schneider looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Schneider connects with a nice short shot to O Sullivan's temple. O Sullivan trying to hold on to Schneider's head to control him but Schneider postures up.
O Sullivan wants to improve his position but Schneider is controlling well.
 That's one minute gone in the round. O Sullivan is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Schneider's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Schneider's back! Schneider tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Schneider manages to regain half guard. Good work. Schneider has hold of O Sullivan's hands but O Sullivan slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Schneider wants to improve his position but O Sullivan is controlling well.

 OK we're going to have a standup here. Timmy O Sullivan hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Schneider fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but O Sullivan avoids it really well and circles away. O Sullivan throws a jab when Schneider was well out of range. O Sullivan lands with a straight right. Schneider didn't see that one coming. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! O Sullivan throws a hook but Schneider blocks it. O Sullivan jabs Schneider to the body, keeping him at a distance. O Sullivan is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. O Sullivan works the jab nicely. Schneider ducks under a wild hook from O Sullivan. O Sullivan thows a body shot but no joy. O Sullivan misses with a hook. Schneider shoots and misses and O Sullivan counters with a nice uppercut.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Schneider shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts O Sullivan as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Schneider. That's going to take a lot out of him. O Sullivan moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Schneider looks for a takedown but O Sullivan sprawls well. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Schneider doesn't succeed with the takedown and O Sullivan counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Schneider thinking. O Sullivan throws a low kick but it's checked well by Schneider.

O Sullivan is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. O Sullivan might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Schneider kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. O Sullivan slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

O Sullivan seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Schneider does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. O Sullivan looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. O Sullivan's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Schneider is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but O Sullivan pulls his head out easily. O Sullivan is taking a breather. Schneider says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
 OK we're going to have a standup here. Timmy O Sullivan hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Schneider avoids the body shot from O Sullivan.

so Schneider counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! O Sullivan pulls Schneider in close to prevent any damage. O Sullivan utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. O Sullivan trying to control the position here. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. O Sullivan not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The fighters are battling for position here. Schneider manages to regain full guard. Nice work. O Sullivan trying to control the position from guard on top but Schneider is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. O Sullivan's corner is telling him to maintain position.
 The ref stands the fighters back up. Timmy O Sullivan was stalling too much, according to the referee. Schneider avoids a lazy jab quite easily. O Sullivan stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Timmy O Sullivan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Schneider shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and O Sullivan counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. O Sullivan connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Schneider's hands. Schneider shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and O Sullivan makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Both fighters are breathing heavily. This has been an exciting period of action! Schneider tries to score a power double leg takedown but O Sullivan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Schneider somewhat. O Sullivan smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. O Sullivan thuds his right hand into Schneider's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Schneider avoids the body shot from O Sullivan.
Schneider gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and O Sullivan counters with a right hand to the body. Nice body punch from O Sullivan. O Sullivan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

O Sullivan keeping moving, preventing Schneider from controlling successfully. Timmy O Sullivan is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. O Sullivan has his hands on Schneider's head, controlling the position. Schneider pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. O Sullivan is keeping the position for now. O Sullivan pulls Schneider in to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Schneider scores with a decent looking elbow strike. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. O Sullivan tries to land a sweep but no joy. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Schneider with a flurry of punches that miss. O Sullivan bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Schneider's guard. O Sullivan trying to control the position from guard on top but Schneider is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Max Schneider has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice shot lands for Gein. Dudley throws a head kick that misses. Gein lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Gein throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dudley stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Dudley takes one on the button. Gein misses with the combination.

Gein scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Dudley drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dudley. Gein works the jab nicely. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dudley takes a jab right on the kisser.
Gein lands a jab-cross combination. Gein works over Dudley's head and body with a nice combination.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Good exchange - Gein coming out on top. Gein lands a really nice looking cross but Dudley seems unphased.
Gein keeps the fight on the outside. Dudley throws a looping overhand right but Gein ducks down to avoid it. Gein is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Gein listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Ed Gein seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dudley is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Gein. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dudley walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Gein fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Dudley looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Gein works over Dudley's head and body with a nice combination. Gein is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Dudley had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into p�t�. Gein paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Gein closes the distance and lands a one-two. Gein might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Gein thumps Dudley with a low kick.

Gein is working the combinations to good effect here. Gein throws a one two combo.
Dudley looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Gein displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Nice sprawl there from Gein as Dudley shoots in. A jab from Gein finds it's way through Dudley's defenses. Gein thuds a left hand into Dudley's body. A jab from Gein finds it's way through Dudley's defenses. Gein lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Gein. Dudley closes the distance and clinches up with Gein, looking for a takedown. Dudley pushes Gein against the cage but Gein circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Good shot there by Gein. Gein cracks Dudley with a good jab. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dudley has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Gein dips to his left and cracks Dudley with an uppercut! This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Dudley. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Eric Dudley is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Gein lands a jab to the nose. Dudley moves forwards but Gein connects with a nice, crisp jab. Gein with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Gein digs a good body shot into Dudley's ribs. Decent striking displayed by Gein there. Gein jabs Dudley right on the nose. Dudley blinks but takes it well. Gein fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Dudley on the side of the head. Dudley dives in and grabs Gein's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gein pushes down on Dudley's head and hops out.

Gein connects with a good right hand that stumbles Dudley. Dudley circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Dudley chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Gein can pounce on him.

Eric Dudley has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dudley takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Wi closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Del Angel to the mat! Del Angel manages to get full guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Wi pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Del Angel is keeping the position for now.
Wi drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Del Angel dives on top into guard.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kopec throws a right hand that Bull ducks under and follows up with a left that Bull also avoids with ease. Bull scores with a crisp jab that stopped Kopec in his tracks. Kopec is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Bull looks to score with a jab to the body but Kopec is just out of range. Some wild striking there from Bull.

and Bull counters with a two punch combo. Bull will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nice jab there from Bull. Kopec throws a right and a left that both miss. Kopec paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Bull throws a quick inside leg kick. Kopec swings and misses with a shot to the body and Bull counters with a nice body shot. Roy Bull seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nice defenses there by Bull. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kopec throws out a loose jab but Bull uses good head movement to avoid it.

Darglio pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Darglio lands an elbow just above Heikki 's eye. Heikki goes for a takedown attempt but Darglio pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Heikki thumps Darglio with a low kick. Darglio feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Heikki's calf. Heikki is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
