With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chad Shinoda!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Shinoda is out of range.
Shinoda on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Shinoda blocks a head kick by Lee.

Lee rushes Shinoda and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Shinoda lands a body shot in the clinch.
Shinoda tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Lee smiles and moves away.
A head kick misses from Lee.
Shinoda shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Lee counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lee is keen to just control but Shinoda is a slippery customer.
The fighters are battling for position here. Shinoda manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Lee is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Shinoda has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Lee is looking to defend but Shinoda has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Lee! Shinoda pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Lee taps out and this one is all over!

Hlawma connects with a looping right hand.
Hlawma's corner calls for a 1-2. Hlawma obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Some wild striking there from Hlawma.
Hlawma throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Connan on the side of the head.
Hlawma checks a low kick from Connan.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A swing and a miss from Hlawma.
Oh Connan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Hlawma is trying to break the clinch but Connan is controlling him.

Connan ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Connan no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Hlawma would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
