Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Adrian Fok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruno Belanger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fok kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Para Salud. Bruno Belanger will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belanger misses with a few strikes there.
Fok misses with a telegraphed body shot
enabling Belanger to counter with a crisp jab.

Fok shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Belanger's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Fok scoring with punches to the head and body.

Belanger working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fok doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Fok manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Fok gets to his feet - Belanger follows without any prompting.

and Belanger counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Fok throws a hook to the side of Belanger's head but Belanger sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Belanger looks to score with a jab to the body but Fok is just out of range.
Belanger is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Belanger throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Belanger gets tackled into the cage by Fok. Fok maintains the clinch.
Belanger goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Belanger doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Fok lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Belanger regains full guard. Nicely done.
Fok might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Estima shoots for a takedown but Oiterong saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
