The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robinson works Juana's body with a nice hook.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Robinson checks a leg kick.
Robinson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Juana tries to score a power double leg takedown but Robinson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Juana somewhat.
Juana uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Robinson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rose clobbers Augusto with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Augusto misses with a takedown

and Rose counters with a shoot takedown. Augusto fights it but they end up in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Rose distracts Augusto with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Rose has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Rose keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Augusto's head.

Owen Rose decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
